GoogleI have just spent 17 minutes on the phone with a very polite agent Adrien who has taken all my personal details and asked me about 25 questions in order to tell me in the end that the time that I require for the viewing of the property is not available. You should not treat your customers this way. People need fast service, there time is valuable. That's an awful experience, worst example of how the agency should treat customers. Even if I get tons of emails from you now, I have no wish to work with the agency who has wasted my time.

GoogleWe would like to give a big thanks to Stirling Ackroyd. Whilst Stirling Ackroyd did not ultimately sell our house, they were very helpful to get the sale of our house with another agent over the line. We had a particularly difficult and slow buyer and we approached Harvey at Stirling Ackroyd to also market our property to either speed up the buyer or find a different buyer. With no financial cost to us, Harvey started fully marketing our property promptly (within a few days) with excellent. We had decent interest and footfall to view the house, but maybe our approach to Stirling Ackroyd came too late to find alternative buyers but did manage to speed up the buyer. Harvey and Stirling Ackroyd were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We wish we had marketed the house with Stirling Ackroyd in the first place.

GoogleWe've just rented our property with Stirling Ackroyd and have been really impressed with the professionalism, integrity and effort put in by the team. We actually posted the property with 2 agencies, but in every way Stirling have been hands down better. The majority of viewings were done by Tom Gardiner who took the time to get to know the house and really sold it for us. The photos and video were done to a really high standard and they took the time to give us feedback on the market. The viewings were also well co-ordinated and the communication generally has been great, which I'm sure is one of the reasons they also had a much better hit rate for prospective tenants turning up for viewings. Overall would highly recommend

GoogleIt took me two months to get my deposit and overpaid rent back, and ultimately they stiffed me on the last £140, which they know I will not take them to court over anyway. Apparently leap days (and counting days more generally) is confusing, as is deciding from when you're meant to start counting in the first place...

GoogleHave been arranged a letting viewing from agent Anna but been stood up at the property without any prior notice, a totally waste of time and transportation cost. Without any reply/feedback/apology then. Will definitely avoid any letting property listed from the agent.
