I booked a property for our family holiday in February 2021. When we arrived at the resort last week we were given an alternative property. I paid for a sea view, I got a view of a car park. I have been messaging and calling all week. Altido have offered me compensation of £300 for staying in a property for a week that they advertise as £300/night cheaper than the one I booked. Disgraceful.

I really loved this place in Milan, Italy. It was very comfortable and designed very good. It was near Metro 4 and you could easily visit the whole city. The neighbourhood felt safe and it was clean and beautiful with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I would definitely recommend renting this apartment.

Altido cancelled our booking 4 days before we were due to check in. So we had to pay a huge premium to get alternative accommodation in Edinburgh for our holiday.They didn't offer any compensation or help. We certainly won't use them again.If we had cancelled we would have been charged the whole fee.

GoogleVery pleasant stay in London in this superb apartment ideally located in the Westminster district.
No disappointment compared to the photos and services announced. 5 minutes from the metro and 10 minutes walk from Victoria station.
You can therefore visit all of London from the apartment. In the street I recommend the Goya restaurant as well as the Indian restaurant whose name I no longer remember where we had a great time. Don't miss breakfast at the Régency Café in the neighborhood.
If I have to return to London I would take this rental again without hesitation.

The host is very helpful and responds promptly to any request.
A small "notebook" is provided in the apartment with useful information on what to visit in the surrounding area and where to eat.
The area is wonderful: a few minutes from the metro station and a few steps from the bus station, from where you can take buses to any destination. To get to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Oxford Street it takes just a few minutes by tube or bus!
The cleanliness is impeccable and you sleep well at night thanks to the silence of the apartment and the blinds on the windows that block out the light.
What can I say, a truly seamless stay.

GoogleWe stayed in this apartment and my family of 4 adults and 2 children, we have adapted to the size and comfort that were available, you will find a double bed and a sofa bed + on request an air mattress. The house is really cozy, you will find everything you need for a DIY holiday, the staff is qualified and helps you with any questions or problems that need attention, the only drawback if we need to find it was cleaning the room when we arrived , a few strands of dust and napkins under the bed. However it was not a problem inside you find vacuum cleaner and everything you need to clean. We will definitely come back to this place.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento io e la mia famiglia composta da 4 adulti e 2 bambini , ci siamo adattati alle dimensioni e i confort che c'erano a disposizione, troverete un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto in + su richiesta un materassino gonfiabile. La casa è davvero accogliente, si trova tutto il necessario per una vacanza fai da te, lo staff e qualificato e ti aiuta per qualsiasi domanda o problema che necessita attenzione, l'unico neo se dobbiamo trovarlo e stata la pulizia della stanza quando siamo arrivati, qualche filo di polvere di troppo e tovaglioli sotto il letto. Comunque non è stato un problema all'interno trovate aspirapolvere e tutto l'occorrente per pulire. Torneremo sicuramente in questo posto.

GoogleBeen renting short term flats for years in London. The worst experience I have ever had in London.
The team is a lot of smoke and mirrors. More concerned with presenting an image than solving actual problems when they arise.
Highly inexperienced and superficial team with no commercial sense.
In the cases of most situations which are uneventful, they are probably fine. But if anything out the ordinary comes up, they just don't have the will or mindset to resolve.
If you are making any sort of long term or large financial commitment booking, where is anything goes wrong the losses are potentially significant, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

GoogleWe had an inspiring and relaxing stay at the London Residents Club flat in North Kensington. The flat is adorable and a very inspiring place to stay. All quiet, but still close to the tube and all shopping an restaurants on Portobello Road. We loved having our morning tea on the terrace. Check-in worked excellent and the house guidebook gave us lots of good tips on what to find in the neighborhood. We would love to stay here again, and can recommend the place warmly.
