The apartment is perfect! We were 5 people and we accommodated comfortably. Great bed linen and bath towels. Full kitchen for small meals. Super well located, the neighborhood has several restaurant and pub options, supermarket, train and subway station. Access on foot to some tourist attractions. I can recommend the experience of accomodation in one of the apartments in Milan, Italy. The booking, communication with the team at any stage of the accomodation was just great. Flat looked exactly as shown on the pictures, nice, clean, comfy and had all the stuff we needed. Comfortable beds, modern bathroom, self check in and check out. Good location close to Metro line, shops, cafe, restaurants and even playground nearby.

The company doesn't take the wellbeing of it's guests seriously. I've had a very unpleasant experience with this company and every attempt has been treated with threats with police that I'm happy to proceed with as I got email confirmation/proof to address the false claims and happy to address that with Airbnb and my bank.They don't take responsibility for issues or lack of service, extremely defensive and rude. I will be challenging the charge with my bank as advised to do as I've got proof that they haven't advertised correctly what you would actually be getting through Airbnb and probably other sites. Also the claim that I wasn't on the list is completely false as I got email confirmation.Take my advice any property that is owned by this group stay clear as you don't get what you pay for and is responded with passive aggressive emails, rude staff and just a headache to sort out after the fact.3 more reviews from the other people that stayed in the property will follow including the person's who's health was put at risk due to the issues that we experienced do to this company practices. Being in a country that you can't speak the language if it's not the situation you would like to find yourself in specially when the staff from this company did nothing to resolve the issue but deny every bit of responsibility. Please take this review into consideration when booking through this company as it can be fatel. And I would appreciate if you choose to do another passive aggressive false review response again plus not to use my full name for my privacy another one of your rules you seem to bend when it suits you and request you respect the rules of trustpilot.

Great little gem in the heart of the Centro Storico of Milan. And a short distance from the Duomo. I just needed a pit stop so for a two night stay it was perfect. A quirky one bedroom flat on the third floor (no lift so best not have too much luggage) off a pretty courtyard off a charming street, with cafes and great restaurants close by. It was extremely clean and comfortable and I would definitely use Altido again. Any queries I had, they responded within minutes. Many thanks.

We stayed with Altido for a little over a week in Edinburgh and the longer we stayed, the progressively more worse it got. We tried to call customer service when we had trouble finding the actual place we were staying at as the address was formatted incorrectly on the email they gave us. That the call would be picked up and immediately hung up would be a recurring theme with our stay. The actual flat was very clean and the only nice thing I could say about this company. Despite telling them that 3 people would be staying, they did not include additional supplies of basics such as toilet paper and paper towel so we had to go out and buy that on our own. The major strike against them was when our washer/dryer machine had the door lock break, trapping our clothing inside. After repeatedly encountering the issue of being hung up on and unreplied emails, I was able to get a hold of a representative who said they'd send out someone to try and fix it later in the day. Twenty-four hours later, still no one had come and I called again, pointing out that I was due to check out the next day and needed my now approaching 3 day soaking wet clothing. Finally someone was sent over to pry open the washing machine and free my clothing. Overall, I'd recommend going through AirBnB or another service when using this company because you might actually get better service through a middleman.

We are unsure of why you`ve found the check-in instructions to be inclear when they were sent twice - once in an automated message and once by a representative. In all our lets, we provide branded basic supplies and we hope that our guests could purchase any other extras they may need. When you reported the issue with the washing machine we have sent a handyman but unfortunately they were not able to unlock the door handle and the next step was to contact the appliances engineer to be advised that some parts need to be replaced.
