Unprofessional estate agents management and in cahoots with the landlord, be very careful with these guys. The landlord only want your money and will never fix things and ignore mould and damp and agents ignore it so your only left with legal proceedings. When you make too much noise they will put rent up or issue with notice to quit. Be aware renting in Whetstone, it’s a trap!
