I had a very disappointing experience with this agency and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. During the viewing process, I explicitly asked about the neighbourhood and was reassured in a way that did not reflect reality at all. After moving forward, it became clear that key issues about the area had been downplayed or simply avoided. It felt misleading, especially given how important location is when choosing a place to live. Transparency and honesty are fundamental in this process, and unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. Had I been given a clear and truthful picture from the start, I would not have proceeded. I would recommend that future tenants ask very detailed questions and do their own research before committing, as the information provided was not reliable.

Simon Clarke manages a property for us in London NW11. Our contact person is Tom Clarke. The property needed updating in between tenants and Tom managed the process on our behalf from start to finish. This included choosing items such as carpets, blinds etc. He obtained quotes and dealt with the tradesmen. He communicated well and kept us informed promptly throughout the process. The work was completed on time and the new tenants moved in as planned. It is a pleasure dealing with Tom.

I made an offer on a property through this estate agent. They told me the landlord wanted to meet me before confirming anything. The landlord was 35 minutes late to the meeting, and I waited five days for a response. During the meeting, the landlord unprofessionally discussed me with the agent, stating that I was the stronger candidate, that the other applicant couldn’t afford the rent without a guarantor, and that my day job made me more “mature” and “respectable.” Despite this, the landlord chose the other tenant, which felt prejudiced. The agent’s slow communication and unorthodox handling of applications caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. I hope future applicants are treated with more transparency, fairness, and less prejudice.

Chris Payne went above and beyond to help us ,and was extremely informative, efficient, and supportive throughout our whole moving experience.
