GoogleFantastic experience all-round working with Simon Clarke. We've moved within the area a couple of times now with other agents and this was by far our best experience. Getting in touch was easy and we were booked into appointments on our very first call. Our consultant, Rishi was outstanding throughout the process. Very friendly and professional. We saw a number of properties and he was knowledgeable on all of them. As we proceeded with our application/contract, he kept us up to date almost daily and answered any questions we had along the way, which he was quick to respond to. We certainly felt like we were in good hands, so a very special thank you to him. The process and the steps therein were pretty typical of what you'd expect from an established agent, but Simon Clarke carried it out in an exemplary fashion. GoogleSimon Clarke have been letting my flat in N12 for over 15 years, exclusively. In all that time I’ve only had a few weeks of vacant periods, and I’ve never needed to offer it to other agents as these guys got the job done! Tony has been there from the start and I appreciate the continuity, they reply very quickly to emails or phone calls and have helped me get repair men in when I was stuck, even though I was doing the management myself these last years which I really appreciated. GoogleI highly recommend Simon Clarke, they were great from start to finish. I found a 1 bedroom flat online that was ideal for me, fortunately Rishi from Simon Clarke arranged a viewing the next day after emailing Simon Clarke. I was able to submit my bid to the Landlord the same day which was advantageous to me. They were exemplary for questions about property and specifying requirements from me. When I was going through the process they had moved onto a new payment system that was my only disruption. However, Rishi handled the transfer of required documents very courteously and respectively, and was always contactable via email or text. He assisted me with utmost professionalism. Couldn't have asked for a better letting agent

GoogleSince renting out our property through Simon Clarke Letting Agency we have been very happy with their service, everything is uber professional, they keep us up to date with all aspects of renting property, if there are any issues regarding the property we are contacted and the repair is dealt with promptly by their contractors to a very high standard. We would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of renting a property in the future.

GoogleRESPONSE to their reply: I was your client in Grassington Close, N11 between 2014 and 2020... So STOP labelling all negative reviews as fake reviews and take the responsibility for your wrongdoings. ======== Appalling service... AVOID using this unprofessional, money-grabber, liar estate agency. We rented one of their property for six years and paid our rent promptly. When we asked to leave, they tried every way to con us by not paying back our deposit. On top of that they asked hundreds of pounds for false damage accusations. Luckily, we provided all evidences to Tenancy Deposit Scheme and they had to pay our deposit back. But, unfortunately we wasted many hours for communications and gathering evidences... AGAIN AVOID being victim of these scammers...NegativeQuality, Professionalism
Dear Mr Ovayolu Thank you for confirming the address. The fake name you used did not appear on our system which is why we labelled it as fake. We are mystified by your comments. The final TDS adjudication report we have confirms exactly what was paid to you (£163) and to the landlord (£2260). This is not it all being paid back to you. The TDS do always prioritise rent arrears in their claim. Any claim made against your deposit would be from the landlord (not us) and the decision on the award from the TDSs own adjudication process which independently reviews all evidence. You were in the property for 6 years which was under our management and a testimony to the service we do provide. We wish you all the best and hope above factually corrects your review.
