GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS. By far the worst letting agents I have ever experienced! The flat was dirty when we moved in - they never preformed a clean after previous tenants. When I asked for advise about the moving out procedure (after the full tenancy) they purposely mislead us into thinking we had given them a formal notice over the phone, only then to be told that we had 'broken our contract' by not giving it in writing - we had to pay hundreds of pounds to leave! Continuously tried to scam us for money any way they could - absolute scum.

GoogleFrom my first viewing with Rishi, he has been so helpful and responsive to everything in the letting process! The team as well, Marco and James, are absolutely wonderful. The entire process was the smoothest moving process I have ever experienced, with very clear details and next steps. And on top of this, I've found my dream flat!! I would recommend everyone look into Simon Clarke when it comes to renting property. Thank you all for everything!

GoogleI had thought about putting my flat on the market with this company (to let), but since I've heard more than a few people comment on the false information they’ve provided new tenants (several emails of complaint after they've moved in). Personally I've also rented from them a few years back and their fees are ridiculous for very little work. One of the employees pester you daily until they get a reply. Very unprofessional. Beware.

GoogleSimon Clarke have managed my family's rental portfolio for over a decade, and we are extremely happy with the service they provide. They have always found professional tenants very quickly, who have had to pass an in depth referencing process before they were considered. Each property is regularly inspected, to which we receive reports, along with any findings or remedial work we could make to improve rental income. Any faults or problems during the tenancy are always dealt with quickly and efficiently, and as a result many of our tenants have now been longstanding occupiers.

GoogleRubbish agents! Rubbish landlord! The agent only care for the landlord and will do the minimum as possible. AVOID RENTING N20 the landlord is money mad!!!

GoogleThe team at Simon Clarke have supported us brilliantly throughout our moving process, they kept us up to date and were always so helpful during what can be a stressful process. They're also very quick to respond with information and to help with repairs. Excellent.
