AMAZING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the team at Savills Winchester and a special mention to Giles Muddle. I must say that Giles supported our sale from start to finish in a very professional manner. Nothing was either too small or too big, any query or issue we had was dealt with both quickly and efficiently. The Winchester office work as a united front, delivering a great service. All members of the team were polite, courteous and just provide a great level of service. An enormous amount of enthusiasm was displayed by the ladies in the viewing team...and it was a nice touch that they all visited the house prior to showing potential buyers around. In doing this they really new the layout of the house and I’m sure this help massively with the sale! If and when we move again Savills would most definitely be our first choice of agents to use.

Excellent service

We have been greatly impressed by the service received from all of the team at Savills from start to finish. They went out of their way to make a very complicated sale as simple as possible for us. They were very respectful and sensitive to our needs and we really felt they were working with our best interests as their primary focus. They worked extremely hard (often late into the evenings) to make sure we knew what was happening and to answer any queries we might have. Excellent Service from Savills Winchester

After a slightly bumpy start to my time renting via Savills, things took a big upward turn when Adel became my contact. Adel is very efficient, friendly and professional and has consistently responded in a rapid and can-do way to all enquiries. She even came and rescued me when I managed to lock myself out during the first lockdown. I'm not sure that I'm supposed to contact Adel with my queries any more but she's become a victim of her own helpfulness so I persist in bothering her! We have dealt with Chris for the past 10 years for both buying and selling. He is extremely knowledgeable, great to work with and contactable round the clock, which for us has been important given we are often overseas. The last sale Chris dealt with for us was not an easy sale due to legal complications but with sound advice from Chris we were able to reach a successful conclusion with both ourselves and the buyers being extremely satisfied with the outcome and sale.

We selected Savills to sell our home last year which they did within a few days. Unfortunately owing to a combination of circumstances we had to postpone the sale which was reestablished earlier this year again within a few days with contracts being exchanged in around six weeks.The combination of a very strong brand and highly motivated knowledgeable staff in Stamford is a winning combination and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NEED INVESTIGATING. If you do wish to deal with Savilles then a word of advice: be armed with Environmental Health and Safety contacts before hand! (You'll need it) Not even 1 star. This company is run by greedy little men. Zero diplomatic skills for solving issues. More concerned about getting bodge builders in to do cheap unsafe work on houses that are unfit for staying in. They do not care for children's safety. They only care about ripping landlords and tenants off for money. In our case Savilles were caught out LYING to the landlord and subsequently got found out when Environmental Health and Safety got involved. Worst company in the UK.

I didn't sell my house through Savills in the end but it wasn't for lack of trying. They provided a first class service, they did all the viewings themselves and gave immediate feedback after every visit. All the team worked hard, especially Sarah, Hannah and Charlie who really promoted my house well. They were particularly good at getting potential clients from London. I owned and ran a letting and one of Surreys largest Property Management company's for 28 years, so I know the industry very well. I placed my site of 6 luxury apartments with the the lettings office of Savills in Sevenoaks. We have a commercial property in London…

We have a commercial property in London which we want to sell. I called Savills and they point blank refused to market the property, even though it's a prime location in Kensington High Street. They did not even entertain a conversation with me and rudely said the property is not a good location and they are not interested. We also have another commericial property in a prime location in Chelsea and wanted to put up for rent with them before this and after an initial phone call, the agent never replied to any of my emails. Generally poor service and no customer skills.
