GoogleThe tenants in my investment property served notice in July and left at the beginning of September. I thought it would be difficult to find new tenants given the Covid situation but Savills got straight onto it and identified tenants quickly in August. We agreed terms with one set of tenants (it is a flat with 3 beds) but they changed their mind but within a few days Savills had found an alternative and the deal went ahead quickly and efficiently. They were very considerate at communicating with my mother when arranging visits and feeding back on potential buyers interests, and were most helpful in rapidly recovering the sale when a buyer pulled out unexpectedly, achieving a new offer within a couple of weeks. They valued the property accurately from the outset and achieved the target price despite a difficult market (other local agents had valued the property significantly lower). Highly recommended.
