Archie was truly exceptional in all aspects of the sale process. He was always punctual, giving as much prior notice as possible for visits and leaving the house exactly as he found it. I was impressed by his commitment to ensuring potential buyers had as many opportunities to view the house as they needed and must have worked overtime several times. I found Archie extremely pleasant. He gave us valuable feedback and his idea to set a best offer deadline was spot on and allowed us to sell our house over the asking price.
