Sargeants London reviews

Pretty much flawless

I'm not sure what brought Dean or his team into the estate agent business, but if it was to help disprove the reputation for dishonesty that plauges their industry, they are succeeding. After several unsuccessful months trying to sell our flat with another agent (who were focused on volume but little else), Dean and team put together a very smart brochure, and assigned the highly experienced Patricia as our key point of contact. The team was thoughtful about the timing of viewings, gave us plenty of notice, and sent genuine, appropriate buyers our way from their valuable network. During viewings, they sold the property well, with professional enthusiasm. Key to it all was transparency and excellent communication. Once they had found us a great buyer, they dealt with a delay in our chain well, and with ultimate success. We would sell through Sargeants again without hesitation, and heartily recommend their services. The sleaze-free approach gives every stakeholder confidence that things are being done properly. And they are.

We used Sargeants to both sell our old home and buy are new one here in Ealing, we had a great experience with this local, honest and friendly agent. Having previously bought and (attempted) to sell in the area before using other competitors of Sargeants, we can safely say that they are the best estate agents Ealing has. They are very knowledgable, extremely professional and listen to your requirements. Dean, Claire, Sally and the team are all very lovely too which is an added bonus, thanks Sargeants for helping us sell our first home and find our dream next move here in Northfields

We sold our property with Sargeants, Northfields Avenue. We had an appointed agent Hulya. From the start we met at the property and Hulya took time to understand each room and point in the house. She then spent time understanding our story and what we needed to happen. When we were then faced with the end challenges of Solicitors, Hulya worked tirelessly with us to make it happen. She was dedicated and committed and followed through on any queries or requirements you had. I even had one on one conversations at the office and was treated with empathy, and support. She guided us through each of the stages and was very dedicated and diligent in her work ethic. I would highly recommend Sargeants as they take the customer to the heart of what they do and put them first. Thank you to the whole team.

Sargeants were amazing

We could not recommend Sargeants enough, they went well beyond our expectations and dealt with all aspects of our letting swiftly and efficiently and providing advice and guidance along the way. Gary Lowden and the team were amazing, the best agents we have used in years.

Absolutely great experience buying from Sargeants. Hayley and Dean were amazing throughout. If ever I was planning to sell our dream home, it would be through them. If we ever buy again, then I hope it will be a property they are marketing. Thank you

Claire has been a huge help during our house hunting process. Thank you so very much for your time and for taking us around to so many house viewings (often at very short notice). We have been so impressed with your professionalism and enthusiasm. Although we ultimately went with a property marketed by another agent, we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Claire or Sargeants to any of our friends who are looking in the area.

If you are a first time buyer, stay away. Rude agents (we met with Hulya) who made us wait 10 mins after our allotted time to see the flat, over booked the showing so rushed us out and even told us that we shouldn’t even make an offer (even when you show interest in a bid). We saw a house and suggested we could meet the asking price, and were quickly told don’t bother unless you offer way above asking (the listing said nothing of offers in excess off!). Was extremely rude and condescending throughout the viewing and my partner and I were left shocked at the service. Lastly, good luck trying to even get a viewing, calls/emails ignored unless you chase and chase. Worst agents in the Ealing/northfields area.
