A really professional company who go above and beyond with trying to help their tenants. As a tenant i found them very helpful with helping me find a suitable home as well as talking me through the process. They now manage the property and have been very helpful with any questions i have raised. Angelika is always responsive and very good at communicating if there are any delays.

My main concern when choosing an agent to manage my properties was knowing I could trust they had an intimate understanding of the area where the properties are, and this meant a company that was not too corporate and one where staff are knowledeable, these qualities come with experience and empathy. I find Sargeants fits the bill, my primary reason for moving from a company that had grown exponentially over 20 years (to the point where staff did not know their landlords) was to have that more bespoke element with the Lettings team again, who are after all managing our largest assets. This can of course also be said of selling or buying a property. I have not regretted one moment moving to Sargeants. They deliver quality advice due to their specialist knowledge of the area, the staff are responsive, it's always a pleaseure to develop the next point of marketing with them and I can trust them to remind me to stay compliant with the ever increasing government changes in the Private Rented Sector. When I come to the point of selling I would not hesitate in instructing Sargeants.

THIS COMPANY IS SCAM... The firm rented us a house on "Seaford road" a year ago. He made a 1-year contract and took a 6-month down payment. After the first 3 months, they sent us an exit order. Don't think that you bought a full furniture in a 3-storey house without furniture... we spent 1,000 pounds on the garden of the house and we were fined a lot of companies for closing early contracts. Not finished. After about 10 months, we found another house and emptied the house. What do you think happened next? They advertised to rent the house they were going to sell again. They received their full year's rent from us. Nobody knows about each other. They say we will sell the house and vacate the house. On the other hand, your 1 year is up and they say, do you want to renew the contract? There is a mouse nest under the house, they came 10 times just for this.
