I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Sargeants West Ealing. Louise was immensely helpful and approachable throughout. The whole process was transparent and she dealt with my queries appropriately. I was not pressured to make a rushed decision on the apartment I viewed unlike another agency I do not want to name. Even at the end of tenancy, my time was respected, I was not called at the very last moment to organise a viewing of my apartment. On the whole, I would recommend Sargeants and Louise. Thank you.

Efficient and on time

I have used Sargeants Estate Agents for a number of years for various property sales and purchases in the Ealing area. Dean Sargeant always has a good team of sales people and they are proactive and find viewings. On this occasion Joy handled our sale, she was efficient and on time and communicated well during the sale right up until we completed.

Just completed on the sale of our flat and couldn't recommend Sargeants more. From the start, we liked Sargeants as a local agent and their overall marketing. They have been hands on and professional from the start, giving feedback on all viewings and once an offer was agreed, nurturing the sale through to the end. Our sale wasn't straight forward but it was made easier by such a supportive agent, especially in the current market. In particular I must mention Hayley who was outstanding throughout. As a Managing Partner of a solicitors firm I have had a lot of dealings with estate agents over the years and Sargeants are definitely up there with the best. Thank you :-)

The flat was filthy, mouldy, broken furniture. When I complained, they accused me of exaggerating. The bathroom ceiling caved in due to a leak they ignored for over a month. Getting my deposit back was awful, they tried to charge me for pre existing damages.

Excellent service throughout the sale of our flat

I literally don't have a bad word to say about Sargeants - we sold and bought property through them and both processes were handled perfectly start to finish. On our sale they achieved 3 offers (two at over asking price) within a week, and on our purchase they were always on hand to answer questions and keep open lines of communication with our Sellers and their solicitors. Having lived in London over 20 years and used many estate agents in the past, I can safely say none compare to Sargeants. Hayley and Soraya are friendly, pro-active and so professional, and Paula does an amazing job and is so helpful. These three are a dream team and I highly recommend them. Had a great experience with Sargeants, I dealt with a lady called Hayley who went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect house for us. Whenever she had anything that she thought would be suitable for us, she would call us prior to let us know that the property was coming to market. She was very proactive and her level of professionalism was fantastic. I felt thoroughly looked after and genuinely cared for during my house search. I have dealt with a lot of agents but Sargeants were by far the best.
