Sargeants London reviews

I literally don't have a bad word to say about Sargeants - we sold and bought property through them and both processes were handled perfectly start to finish. On our sale they achieved 3 offers (two at over asking price) within a week, and on our purchase they were always on hand to answer questions and keep open lines of communication with our Sellers and their solicitors. Having lived in London over 20 years and used many estate agents in the past, I can safely say none compare to Sargeants. Hayley and Soraya are friendly, pro-active and so professional, and Paula does an amazing job and is so helpful. These three are a dream team and I highly recommend them. Thanks everyone - you're the best!

Had a great experience with Sargeants, I dealt with a lady called Hayley who went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect house for us. Whenever she had anything that she thought would be suitable for us, she would call us prior to let us know that the property was coming to market. She was very proactive and her level of professionalism was fantastic. I felt thoroughly looked after and genuinely cared for during my house search. I have dealt with a lot of agents but Sargeants were by far the best.

Amy Fox was a pleasure to deal with. We had somewhat complex sellers with some disconnect and Amy was stellar and went above and beyond to help me including responding to my multiple queries, some of which were out of office hours. A real asset to the company and would recommend to anyone who wants an agency with a professional and high level of customer service. Hope to deal with again! Thank you Amy, owe you one or 12 drinks :-)

Thanks Sargeants

I have had a great experience with Sargeants and Hulya in particular. She has been very helpful and professional. Her dedication and availability made the entire process smooth despite the challenging market we are currently facing. Her in-depth knowledge of each property we viewed and her ability to answer our question was greatly appreciated. She managed to secure a buyer for my property and I highly recommend her and Sargeants as a whole.

Communications were clear and honest

I dealt mostly with Sally and Dan at Sargeants Hanwell and both were clear and honest in their communications with me - which I appreciated,I was in NZ throughout the sale of my flat and Sally maintained regular contact with me to keep me updated on the sale process. She was also instrumental in keeping the chain moving towards the sale and sorting out any issues that arose the along the way.

I purchased a house through Sargeants…

I purchased a house through Sargeants just as the first lock down was lifted this year. Jack was the agent I communicated with throughout the purchase and he was very helpful, especially when I needed to arrange a survey and when i wanted builders to come and quote for work at the property. The process of buying through them was as easy as it could be. I would certainly sell a property through them in the future. Well done and thank you Sargeants

Words cannot express how grateful we are for Sargeants in finding us our new home. Our house hunting experience was quite a journey, as we were unable to find exactly what we wanted, but with the exceptional help from Hulya we were able to find our dream home to raise our small family. Hulya not only has the seller’s best interest at heart but also ours, which is incredibly rare. She was honest about each property we visited and would show us exactly what she’d know we’d like. She became more than an agent, as she really took the time to get to know us and understand what we needed - which we’ll be ever grateful for. I can’t recommend Sargeants enough for those looking for their dream home. Thank you.
