She was absolutely amazing - always got it, always understanding, always totally on it and totally informative - really don't know where we would be now without her!Sergeants in general were just amazing too. In addition to a good portfolio of properties, we found them, and in particular Amy Fox, extremely helpful and supportive during our search. Dean's valuation was spot on, and Soraya then took on all hard work to make sure all process runs smoothly. In my opinion - Sargeants agency is upper class team working on surprisingly reasonable rates

GoogleHad a very positive experience with Sargeants to buy a flat. Amy Fox negotiated well but fair and then followed up regularly with the solicitors of both sides to ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible. Her follow up and persistence with both parties and solicitors ensured the sale was completed on the tight deadline I needed. Not often you get such focused customer service.

We've been renting through Sargeants for nearly a year now, and their property management services are second to none. Andrea is beyond helpful, and always at the end of a phone or email if needed. We've had a number of issues with gardeners, and building work next door, and she's been very diligent in her support. Would have been a completely different story without her.
