GoogleSamuel Estates have acted as my agents for over 15 years. They have always acted professionally and with integrity. They always give great value and put their customers first. Samuels have always managed to get tenants for me without my property ever being empty. I can't recommend them highly enough. The fact that I have remained with them for this long says everything about them

They made the move-in process seamless by providing clear instructions, timely communication, and ensuring the property was in great condition. Throughout my tenancy, they were always quick to respond to any issues or queries, addressing maintenance requests promptly and keeping me informed every step of the way.
The team consistently demonstrated a high level of communication and professionalism, which made renting and buying through Samuel Estates a stress-free experience. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and tenant-focused estate agent.

GoogleWe are moving into a rental property managed by Samuel Estates. We dealt with Amber during the viewing and move in process who was brilliant. She was transparent, knowledgeable and a great communicator. We would highly recommend the service we received here, lovely to deal with.

GoogleWe have had such a wonderful encounter with this company! Everyone we dealt with, especially Jessica & Ryan, went out of their way to make the move into our new place as effortless as possible. The staff have been incredibly helpful and we were very impresses by the systems they make use of to keep everything online and as streamlined as possible. Through them we did the entire process from a different country and it was less hassle than dealing with someone face to face. Very highly recommended!

GoogleAfter a very hard and difficult experience with another estate agent, Samuel Estates helped us to get through a difficult and stressful moment by being attentive and understanding. Especially with Jessica who was prepared to help us all the way, from the visit to the last moment of signing the contract. Renting is not easy in London at the moment and possibly never will be again, but Jessica and her team made our life so much easier and we are so much grateful. Laurent SW london

View AgentsA reassuringly trustworthy and professional in an age of unscrupulous operators
Pauls' been my agent for about 10 years. Throughout that time he has offered me a consistently exceptional level of service. He is a highly professional individual who listens to his clients and works hard to maintain the highest standards. He' will always pick up the phone - often at great inconvenience to himself and will go the extra mile, getting his team to sort out quickly any issues that invariably crop up. Paul is a great sounding board too when it comes to all things property' related. I would hesitate to use another agent in London and happily recommend him to friends wishing to buy, let or rent out a flat in London.

Googlel have been very impressed by the way in which Samuel Estates have managed our property and dealt with any issues that have arisen on our behalf. They have organised contractors to deal with repairs very quickly and reported regularly during the process. We have been dealt with by Jade Moeller who has done an excellent job and is a pleasure to deal with.
