GoogleWe have used Samuel Estates for many years now and their service is truly excellent. As a landlord, they take the stress out of managing properties and only contact us when they really need to. A lot of the issues they can resolve/diagnose themselves because of their experience without the need for a callout. They have found great tenants too and we have never missed a month's rent. Jade Moeller in particular is a star and is super efficient. They keep us abreast of all the latest regulations as the government tries its utmost to kill the rental market. A friendly bunch of guys who just know their business and no sales fluff.

GoogleDealing with Samuel's Estate Agents has been a real pleasure. Their staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. All our queries were taken seriously and answered usually on the spot. The paperwork was sorted out quickly and the few issues after we had moved in were handled quickly too. Their aftercare is as good as their service.

Their advice, support and guidance have been invaluable through some trying times, for example assisting us with evicting a problematic tenant and managing an extensive refurbishment project in our absence. As landlords living abroad, it's incredibly reassuring to know we've got sound support and a team who we can trust in our corner.

GoogleThe whole renting process was very smooth. Agent Stefano is professional and responsive to our queries by providing detailed info every time. We love the property and area but it is a shame that the property is full of heavy cigarette smell in the upholstery which is deep inside and hard to get rid of the smell e.g. leather sofa. The whole experience will be even better if the smell has been removed by professional cleaning before we moved in. Unfortunately, Samuel Estate could not help much on this after we reported. Apart from this, the experience was good and staff are helpful! That's why it's 4 stars. Otherwise, we will give 5 definitely.

GoogleStefano was amazing, he arranged a viewing very quickly, and explained the application process in detail, throughout the referencing stage he chased things with the company so he could try to get us moved in by our desired date. Any questions I had he was quick to answer. After moving in, all property queries have been dealt with through our property manager Steve within a matter of days. A very pleasant process throughout.

GoogleHad a great experience with Samuel Estates from start to finish with our rental. Jade as our property manager has been fantastic all the way through, very responsive to us when we had questions, helped resolve issues with the provided white goods and other repairs that were required, none of the costs of which were passed onto us. Incredibly fair with charges during the check out process & breaking the tenancy early, essentially we only had to pay for our professional cleaning and our whole deposit was returned. All in all I would highly recommend using Samuel Estates.

GoogleWe were tenants at a property in Raynes Park managed by Jade at Samuel Estates and were very happy with the service provided. We had few issues but when we did and reported them, they were efficient and professional at sorting it out. The end of tenancy came and was fairly straight forward. I would recommend!

GoogleWe found and got everything sorted to become renters in our current flat through Amber who was everything you could want in an estate agent. Always quick to answer her emails and provide exactly the information we wanted, she even went out of her way to try and get bills estimates from the previous tenants and recommend local restaurants to us. We've now already had the chance to sample one and well simply put: Amber knows her stuff.

GoogleTricky letting agent in Croydon and surrounding. Avoid renting property from this agency. They care for the money and especially for landlords. Once your tenancy contract comes to an end, they will deduct your deposit money upto 60-70% for maintaining the property and raising the property value for the landlord so that they can re-let the same with higher rent. They don't care about tenant, what they see is their incoming rent and commissions.
