Our Spaces experience has been excellent, particularly due to the helpful, friendly and professional staff. They are always helpful and our visiting clients are consistently impressed. Pre-pandemic, we never had trouble reserving an office or conference room. Since the pandemic, we've had no trouble either retrieving our mail or arranging for it to be sent to us.

I attended the office in Sutton as a visitor a couple of times in the last month and have been really impressed with the facilities. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. A very clean working space and pleasant environment to work from that isn't too busy or noisy.

Please please avoid this companyPlease please please avoid this company. Awful service. Terrible accounts department. Tiny squat office. They also took 4 x more money from my account than they should have and are still trying to take more......for a 1 month trial!!!DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD NUMBER AS YOU CANT STOP THEM TAKING MONEY WHENEVER THEY WANT.

The worst company I had ever to deal with. Appalling customer services, outrageous invoicing, dishonest and oblivious to any claim and concerns. To avoid absolutely.
Hi Ariane,I understand that your agreement has ended and you are waiting for your retainer refund, however, your final invoice remains unpaid and your belongings are still occupying your workspace, resulting in it being unusable for other customers. We will be happy to continue to assist you but ask that you collect your belongings as soon as possible and settle the owed amounts. To process your refund when possible, for security reasons, you need to request this one online; simply log into your online account (i.e. www.myspacesworks.com), select End Agreement, where a specific section for the refund request is available. Very welcoming and helpful service. I regularly rent an office at Spaces Herengracht Amsterdam. The staff is always very friendly. And I can use a spacious office with air conditioning. I also really like the location.

The Space has floor to ceiling windows, the furniture is up to date, there are different kinds of workspaces; tables, booths, conference rooms and phone booths, nice kitchen and it is maintained beautifully.

The staff and facility was fantastic. I was across the pond working US hours, so had to stay in the facility late. The staff totally accommodated me which was greatly appreciated.
