Daylight theft! Had me sign up to a false contract and wouldn't refund the money!
Hi Amira,I understand and appreciate that you’re disappointed, and we would really like to help but we haven’t had you “sign up to a false contract.”You contacted us querying if social distancing was practiced in our centres which when needed, was absolutely true. The UK law requirements have now changed as this pandemic appears to be ending and normality returns. The service as you signed for is co-working membership which absolutely remains available for you. Please feel free to speak to your centre about alternative options. Customer safety remains our priority. Thank you for your understanding.Best regards, Sandra Melody Head of Customer Services

GoogleWe have a ‘satellite’ office based here and visit only occasionally. However, the times I have been, the staff have been friendly and helpful. There are good facilities with a large meeting space in the lower ground floor area. We’ve also used the meeting rooms and found them sufficient for our needs with good selection of sandwiches available.
