We take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront.Prior to any renewal, our customers receive courtesy email reminders.According to our history, you received these emails with detailed information on prices, terms and the option of ending the agreement if you no longer require our services; you chose to renew for 24-months at the price that was quoted to you.Our centre teams are on hand to discuss renewal terms and you held discussions with your local team lead; these discussions were held after your renewal period had ended and it was not possible to make changes to the terms you accepted.Please understand that your initial term was heavily discounted and the renewal options you were provided were reflective of the current market rate.You are committed to your current agreement which is due to expire on 31 August 2024.
