Ray gave an honest view of the market and told us that the house would sell at the price he was quoting, which it quickly did. We loved that he was passionate about our house. Throughout the process to exchange he has been totally dependable, and has gone above and beyond.

GoogleOver the last several years I have rented properties out through Russell Collins and have also recently sold an Ealing property which I lived in before moving to Cornwall. I have been delighted with the help that Ray has provided during my recent sale. He remained in touch constantly, helped to alleviate any small problems along the way often with a great sense of humour, and left me in no doubt that I made the correct decision to place my property in his hands. I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleFantastic service from a rare breed - an honest estate agent who wants to get on with the job. Ray is an excellent comminicator, hugely knowledgeable, and supportive throught the process. I have used him on all my property sales, and would do so again. Very highly recommended.

We have also observed their reputation grow via multiple neighbours using, and praising, their services over the years. Without doubt, they are a class above any other agent we have ever dealt with, having an unrivalled knowledge of the South Ealing area in particular. Ray Upcraft in particular has a unique level of integrity, honesty and experience that has clearly rubbed off on the rest of the team too. We have seen how he always gives an honest and (what usually proves to be) accurate valuation, compared to rival agents who over inflate just to get the business (and then end up reducing the price). Their understanding of the local market ensured an honest and realistic valuation..so we didn't have to waste time with totally unrealistic pricing (been there before with other estate agents and lost a few months as a result). Potential buyers were absolutely on the mark, to the extent we had two offers two days after putting on the market. Ray really did go above and beyond, reassured and guided throughout, liaised with the solicitors when information was slow to percolate through, and thoroughly deserves, what we thought to be, a very reasonable agent's fee.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
