After almost one year of house search, finally we made it! We knew what we were looking for: type of house, location and budget. We approached all the different estate agencies in the area, but we felt Russell Collins was the only agency that has the full grip of the house market in the South Ealing and Northfields area. Leo and Ray proactively reached us with different options, but they understood exactly what we were after. One day, we got a call from them and they said: "We have just got a house you might like it!". That was it! The sales process was nice and fast and they were very handy! My partner and I have recently purchased our first house, and Russell Collins made it a really lovely experience. We were a bit wary after having encountered some rude estate agents previously in other companies, but Mandy and Ray were just lovely to deal with. They have been very professional, patient and thoughtful throughout the purchase, and even though they work for the vendors, they showed a level of care towards us buyers that I was not expecting. Mandy Kahlon was very helpful and supportive even in the most stressful moments, and made this house-buying process much more enjoyable than we thought it was going to be.

We used Russell Collins in 2018 to handle the sale of my parents house after my mother passed away last year. The sale took some time as we had a bad experience with our first prospective buyer and Ray kept positive throughout guiding us throughout with his experience and knowledge . It was an emotional experience as this had been our childhood family home. Ray was not only sensitive to this but incredibly supportive throughout the process. He went above and beyond helping to find an available builder when work on the porch was needed and even providing a garden overhaul when we realised the sale had had fallen through and the house needed a brush up before being put back on the market. I bought my first and only house through Russell Collins 25 years ago and I would never use anyone else . I recommend them to anyone for a personal and dedicated service.

We purchased a house with Ray 10 years ago during a time when houses were going above and beyond market value. We then moved to the US and his team managed the property as a rental for 8 years.
