GoogleThe letting team are all really wonderful. (Shout out to Paula and Dean!) They're kind, personable are very communicative. Ngl, our flat did have a lot of maintenance needs throughout our tenancy, but the management team would always start the repairs/extermination process as soon as we emailed them. Usually issues were fixed within a week to a month depending what it is. My only other comment is that they have to facilitate so many properties, that follow ups are occasionally needed. But they will respond! They're much better than most management companies.

GoogleWe have known Ray of Russell Collins for about 9 years. We bought our house and then sold it again 8 years later with Russell Collins and Ray dealt with both transactions. We decided to use Russell Collins again as our first experience was positive and we wanted to use a local agent. Ray was very supportive; arranging viewings quickly, securing a good price for the house and helping us chase solicitors and the buyer when necessary. We would recommend Russell Collins.

GoogleIf I could give a 100 star review I would. Exceptional Service from start to finish. After loosing my mum a few years ago we had to sell my mothers home and Ray came over to get my home on the market. I really liked him from that first meeting. Friendly, Kind and very professional. After a horrible year of delays and paperwork issues we got there in the end and the personal service this beautiful human offered us was beyond amazing! He has become a friend to my family now and he took my awful situation personally and helped me find a rental in one week after selling my home he saved me honestly and im beyond grateful. He took me and our situation on like I was a family member and without Ray and Dean and the girls I don't know what would have happened to us as no other estate agent in Ealing would help me or ever called me back when I was looking for help I was very frustrated. I saw a few flats with other estate agents in Ealing and they were awful and extremely unprofessional, grunting, rolling eyes and didn't want to be there obviously and really just did not give a care in the world. I don't know how there all still in business to be honest with you! My advice to anyone who sees this review use Russell Collins Estate agents you will not be disappointed. I could literally leave a 10 page essay with all he reasons you should use this company to buy sell or rent. To Ray, Dean, Mandy, Paula and everyone else at Russell Collins Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for everything you are amazing! GoogleI highly recommend Ray Upcraft from Russell Collins. I have bought a house through Ray and I have also sold a house through Ray (from abroad) and I couldn't speak more highly about him. Ray is an expert in his field and helped guide me through every step of my sale, including buying the Freehold. Given I was living abroad for the sale, Ray had to go above and beyond with regards arranging house for viewings etc and he kept me looped in through the whole process. He is extremely responsive, trust worthy and has a great manner with Clients. As first time buyers and being on a chain, there were definitely some stressful instances throughout the process but Mandy has helped us speed things up when needed, chasing solicitors, sellers & freeholders and making sure we were progressing forward. GoogleI rented a house through R C for 6.5 years and have been really happy throughout that time from the viewing, move in, maintenance issues and renewal of contract right through to moving out recently. All the staff, but in particular Dean, have been kind, helpful and understanding and have always gone the extra mile to make my time as a tenant as smooth and easy as possible. Highly recommended!

GoogleHaving bought our property with RC eight years ago there was no way we were using anyone else to sell it for us. They are the OGs. No nonsense. No lies. Friendly. Professional. We had three offers within a couple of weeks of the house going to market, all of which were at the price we wanted. Leo, Mandy and Ray were all faultless. Our broker/solicitor also commented on how good they were. Having dealt with many other agents during our move, RC really are the good guys of Ealing estate agents.
