He was sympathetic and sensitive but also wonderful at all the practical details, guiding me each step of the way so I didn't put a foot wrong. He went the extra mile too: recommending superb tradespeople, advising me with my onward flat purchase and generally being a great support. Ray has a superb reputation from 37 years working in this area and he deserves every word of praise. Not everyone cares as much about their work as he does and he surrounds himself with a great, supportive team (Leo and Mandy, you are great too!). Thank you for making a hard time so much easier.

Dear Zsolt, We are sorry that your application for this property was not successful. The landlord was willing to accept you even though the property had not been openly marketed, but he was not happy with the progress made (delay in paying a holding deposit for example) and therefore instructed us to list the flat on-line. He then accepted another offer. I’m sorry if you think this is our fault, but the decision came from the landlord, not from us. I hope you managed to find another property.
