GoogleJust purchased a flat through Paul at Rubicon. Out standing service and cannot recommend highly enough. Always available to speak with and super efficient at dealing with any issues that cropped up. Paul suggested Paul Adams at adams kaye solicitors and helped out with a plumber, his recommendations were spot on. Would definitely use again.

GoogleAfter some bad experience with other agents in the area, the Rubicon team, Amanda and Kieran in particular were brilliant at finding me a new place to rent. GoogleRubicon have been looking after my flat in Limehouse for almost two years. They are very professional in all respects and really friendly and helpful to deal with from Lettings to Maintenance. I have had a few issues from leaks to washing machine breakdowns, they seem to have a team on hand to fix almost anything!
Really appreciate this Julia, there defiantly has been a few challenges along the way. Together we have managed through them, we are super pleased to have such a fantastic landlord on board.

My daughter had a viewing booked with this company with an estate agent called Kieran. He was too much and over familiar and do not feel comfortable proceeding any further. Staff should be checked more diligently when company is recruiting.

GoogleWe just sold our flat in Limehouse and had a very good experience with Paul and Rubicon in general. They are close to their clients, try to know them well, provide good advice without trying to impose their views, are not too pushy toward potential buyers but really try and get to know the buyers' requirements to find the best match possible. They know the local market very well. Once we accepted an offer, Paul did an amazing job in liaising with the solicitors to lead to a successful completion. We would usually get more info from him on the status of the sale than from our own solicitor. Would definitely recommend them.

Hello Subarnadip, We believe this property was Ivy point, as you name was not registered on our system. Ivy Point was a very very popular property we had Eleven viewings booked within 48hrs. We had multiple offers that we put to the owner. It’s their choice who they decide to go with and they can only choose one. Once we informed you on Saturday, deposit was returned on The Tuesday. They have zero interest in helping, wont pick up the phone, and speak to customers condescendingly... Jason and Lucy in particular are useless a their jobs. What they really want to do is rob as much money from tenants as possible to keep the landlord happy.
