GoogleRubicon have always been very good to deal with in my experience. I have used other agencies in London that have been terrible, however, Rubicon have always been friendly and helpful in their service. They are very proactive when an issue is raised and keep you in the loop.

GoogleI rented a property with a faulty washing machine. They asked the landlord based in China to fix it but she wouldn't, so it remained faulty. She only agreed to fix the oven with a degraded seal after repeated requests. They sympathised, but what good is sympathy?
