I have used other letting agents in the past and Rubicon is the only one I would recommend and feel totally confident that they will look after my property, my best interests and those of my tenants at all times.

They have both been flexible and understanding to our situation and needs. During our search many estate agents have seemed not to care/bother, maybe due to the competitive market. GoogleRubicon has been great from start to finish - with a special mention to my estate agent Kieran. With a friendly and highly approachable attitude, Kieran put his heart into finding me a property in Limehouse. Once we completed on the offer for the property, Kieran personally helped with furniture building and lugging beds up 4 flights of stairs!! Completely unheard of from an estate agent. Kieran clearly has a passion for his work and for the area, with a wealth of knowledge and local connections, he made the entire experience feel welcoming and exciting! Would highly recommend Rubicon and Kieran!

GoogleAfter weeks of liaison with countless numbers of agencies yielding nothing but viewings, Rubicon managed to secure me a 1 bed flat all within a week of the first viewing. Of course this wouldn’t have been possible without Rubicon’s main man, Kieran. He is what customer service is all about - having an air of warmth, professionalism and maturity. He went above and beyond my expectations. I was really impressed. Considering this was done in the midst of a nationwide health pandemic, I say job well done! Thanks.

GoogleI have rented my apartment since 2003. Rubicon took over from the previous agent. They handled renting and maintenance. The team's approach was outstanding. They found new tenants when required and all the tenants they found were well evaluated, there were never any tenant problems and they ensured good backup. Earlier this year I decided to sell. The team were efficient in finding a buyer at a good selling price and have been helpful in ensuring a smooth sale. TrustpilotDon't bother, they don't show up for appointments.
Terrible. Left me waiting in the cold. I made an appointment and after 20 minutes I gave up and went to work. I had tried calling repeatedly and after 15 minutes managed to speak to someone in their office, I would have thought I would at least get an apology from the agent Kieran who was meant to show me the place but has been radio silent.
