I have had a great experience with RSK so far in the letting of my property. They have been attentive, organised and made my life as easy as possible by explaining and facilitating resolution of national and local landlord requirements. We've just sold our property with RSK Acton and it's been a good experience from the start. Professional, knowledgeable and approachable director (Toby) explained their process and justified the valuation in a convincing manner. He was also really helpful (and patient) with the questions I had later in the process, including those about my purchase (that they were not dealing with). The manager (Carla) was also very helpful, responsive and that's having her hands full with exceptionally problematic solicitors on the buyer's side.

Our purchase in Hanwell fell through because the sellers pulled out at later stage just before exchange. The communication was very unsatisfactory throughout the process. We got threatened by the sellers not to sell to us in a very premature stage, because we had no update. I had been working with my solicitor to get things ready, and been very responsive. RSK didn’t ask my solicitor for any update and thought we had done nothing, that caused unnecessary drama there. When I have got everything ready and been waiting, I received a call from RSK asking if I can exchange today..I went back to my solicitor to follow up. In fact, she was told their vendor wasn’t ready. Then, the following week we got asked by RSK to push back to mid-June for some reason... I’ve found the exchange date was false and it was not what their vendor’s solicitor had given to me. A week later, I advised by my solicitor, with no sign at all from RSK, that the seller had pulled out. It was very shocking to me. The property is still listed on some sites, not sure what that is all about since we agreed to purchase the property in January 2021. My experience with this firm was full of anger and frustration, so I really hope it doesn’t happen to others. Avoid at all cost.NegativeQuality
