If I could give zero stars I would. RSK were appointed to manage my rental property. The tenants they have found have defaulted on payment 3 months into a 36 month contract due to unforeseen circumstances. RSK will not allow the tenants to move out of the property and while there is no rent being paid still hold me to their management fees for the full term of the property even if the tenants were given permission to vacate. Adding to this there is hugely varying communication given from different staff to both myself and tenants; The tenants now lack so much confidence in RSK they now contact me directly - RSK have told both myself and my tenant we are not allowed to communicate. To my knowledge RSK add absolute no value, they are only a hinderance in an undesirable situation they have created.

Had a few ups and downs initially with communications and trying to get first viewing with Zak, but overall they supported the purchase and dealt with the post-offer process with great integrity... maybe my initial experience was marred by several offers falling through at the last minute... Jonathan's involvement and gentle tone made a real difference, as did Sheila's down to earth phone manners... Zak I struggled with your pointed questions and felt your approach rather 'overconfidently' confrontational, so would say please go gentle with people, otherwise your enthusiasm will go a long way, I know you meant well and wish you well going forward... Daniel thank you for arranging those late viewings, and wish you all the best in applying those qualifications in what you enjoy :-) ...

The service is terrible. we viewed 2 properties in greenford with a agent called Zak and both times we gave an offer and they refused to forward it to the vendors saying they want our financial information first when we gave it to them 5 months ago already and now they are saying the person that took it before doesn't work there anymore which is all stupid excuses as it would ofcourse be in their system and they could easily get that person to send that information.. they are refusing to take interest in our offers and are giving silly excuses because we are using our own financial broker and solicitors and not theirs which just shows they are not interested in selling their properties at all and are not even talking to the vendors or passing our offers forward. The service here is disappointing and no other estate agent has behaved like this with us so far.

Very poor experience with RSK Hanwell. Agent didn’t turn up to booked appointment. Called the office and the agent in question answered. He acknowledged he had “forgotten” about the appointment. Said he was an “idiot” himself and said he would be with us within minutes. 15 minutes later he showed up. No apology offered other than telling his iPhone to “shut up”. Had zero knowledge of the area and property. After 10 minutes, while viewing the property, he rushed me and said he had another appointment. (?) I reminded him about his -poor- timekeeping but he still said he had to go. We were not interested in the property anyway. (Very profesional) I then emailed the agent asking for the branch managers details to share our feedback - from this experience. The agent had simply ignored the request (which I’ve chased twice now). Unfortunately, RSK Hanwell gets a poor rating/review based on my experience with this so called agent.

A job well done. The team was attentive, proactive and extremely hard working. They just sold my elderly parents home in Hanwell. This was a huge move for them as they had lived here for 64 years. As my mother is hard of hearing they also regularly came around to update her on the process in person. We were holding off the move for so many years as it is such a daunting process, especially for my parents. But you all worked around the clock to make it as easy as possible and I cannot thank you enough.

Hello. I have dealt with Robertson Smith and Kempson for years and have always been happy with the combination of down to earth and professional approach throughout the quite often traumatic buying and selling procedure. Recently i have had dealings with Daniel at the Hanwell branch. A very personable, helpful and genuinely interested individual who identified our needs and constantly provided suitable properties to view. He had a good grasp of the questions a purchaser woyld want to know, was polite and very good at his job without being pushy in any way which was greatly appreciated.

I've been working with Zak from RSK. I have dabbled with multiple other agents in Hanwell to find my new home, however they didn't even come close to his very bespoke and quality personal service. He made such an effort to find exactly what I was looking for without being pushy like other agents at other agencies. He found select properties and laid out a really well pin pointed set of properties for me. The only estate agent who has actually listened to what I specifically wanted, no quibble. Best of all, being a working professional person myself, he was always available, even after work hours up til about 6pm. Cannot recommend him enough. You won't be disappointed! Thanks again Zak!

Having had my house on the market for 3 months with another local agent in Hanwell, who only conducted 9 viewings in total. I decided to call RSK as I was posted a leaflet with details of a house they had recently sold on my street. During the valuation Jonathan explained that this is a very low number of viewings and that they can produce better results.....of course I didn’t believe him as my current agent had told me the same thing. However within two weeks of instructing RSK, I had 24 viewings and the sales consultant Zak managed to acquire 2 asking price offers! I was thrilled with the response and would without a doubt recommend RSK to anyone selling their property.

I recently sold my property with RSK Hanwell and the minute I met Jonathan at the valuation I knew i was in safe hands. The team ( Zak , Josh / James ) kept me informed and updated during every step of the way and their approach to selling my house for as much as possible rather than aiming for a quick sale was evident, as I received 3 offers within 2 weeks and 2 above asking price (which was already quite ambitious!) I would highly recommend to anyone considering selling their house. One thing I noticed which was very impressive was the hours they worked till a minimum of 7pm every evening and a full day Saturday which is not common hence their local domination.

They did a great job of selling my house. I talked to a few agent but Paul impressed most, he was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He and the team marketed the house very effectively, organised a lot of viewings, following up with buyers and generating multiple offers. He then negotiated very effectively with the interested buyers to get the asking price. The after sales care was excellent and Paul's experience was a key aspect in holding the sale together, it would not have happened without him.
