TrustpilotWhat started out as a straight forward…
What started out as a straight forward sale sadly turned sour. Not the fault of RS&K but the buyer dropped out a fair way into the sale.However, what came after was by turns pushy and unpleasant behaviour. When I decided to put the flat back out to rent, a potential buyer appeared very late in the day and after telling RS&K not to go ahead with a viewing, they did so anyway. The following Monday I was love bombed with how much the viewer wanted the property, would deposit a £15k non returnable deposit (turns out with his solicitor not mine) and an increase in price. The buyer had a bit of paper from a Mortgage broker and 2 flats to rent out before anything meaningful could take place, this would have taken months which I was not willing to gamble on.The email I received warning me that I would 'regret' my actions in the months to come was ridiculous. Do they have a crystal ball?When we tried to get the keys back from them they were no help at all. A representative from the managing agents who contacted them had the phone put down on her. They couldn’t be bothered to return them or pop them in an envelope. She had to collect them herself.Not a great experience.

GoogleJonathan and his team went above and beyond in finding us numerous buyers for our house during what was proving to be a particular tricky time what with Brexit uncertainty affecting the market right at the point we wanted to sell. They were quick to respond to calls and emails. Friendly. Polite. Kept us up-to-date throughout and worked hard to bring buyers through the door.

GoogleWe originally bought our home on Oakland's Road through RSK in 1993 and 29 years later sold it through them and through the same Greenford Office. RSK handled the sale very professionally and were very courteous and understanding throughout. We had a few challenges in securing a buyer and our buyer had a few challenges securing a mortgage but we all got there in the end and completed the sale in November. Good and well managed communication ensured that we all knew where we were and that gave us all confidence that perseverence would pay off in the end. Selling a house involves a huge, diverse collection of people, including estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, lenders, surveyors, the moving teams, and more. Every move is a huge coordinated operation and I'm pleased to say that GSK really helped to ensure that for our house sale the outcome was a success. Thank everyone at RSK Greenford Office.
