They called me and I clearly specified my budget to rent. They gave me an appointment for a flat and in the end the flat was costing 200£ more than my budget.
Also, I said to them we are a couple and I found in the flat a bunk bed.
Very unprofessional considering I live very far (they took my details so they knew it) and they let me go for nothing basically.

The in-office staff were professional and calm (i.e. not pushy. I can't overstate how important/unusual this is!).
