GoogleThis has to be one of the worst building owners ever. I have an apartment in one of their buildings with no hot water for almost a week. I wish we could choose another company but I guess you are stuck with them

GoogleDo not trust whatever these agents tell you or represent on behalf of a client. Even their emails are hoax and not obligatory once you negotiate. Only accept solicitors letter which are binding. I do not recommend them at all.

GoogleRIB is useless as a property management company. They are unable to manage properties and been failing to run a refurbishment project to our building (it is pending for the last three years).

Dear Gil We understand the new property manager for your block has already been in touch with a number of leaseholders and representatives for the blocks. Whilst we understand the frustration from leaseholders, we are required to go through the relevant consultations process and client reporting. We are keen to provide accurate information and avoid disputes on funding (or lack of) or extent of the works, which would further delay matters. There are also a number of parties and stages involved prior to works being instructed, including insurers, independent building surveyors, contractors and a tendering process, and of course our clients and the leaseholders. Given the circumstances, we are in communication with our clients and will update leaseholders as to the proposed works and estimated costs in due course. Thank you.
