We've owned a property in W1 since 2007 and RIB have been at our side all along. We have had no void periods to speak of in all that time even though the market has had some wild fluctuations. Really bad service after you signed the contract. listed several things happened for other potential customers as a reference. 1. completely landlord-centered. only stand for the landlord side for everything, rather than as an arbitration. 2. the only thing after you moved in they would bother to contact you or reply to you is that, they need to ‘break in’ to let next potential tenants taking a viewing in the last month of your contract. 3. The agent is ‘unaware’ that the deposit money was not put under the protection. 4. did not offer the formal contract in paper copy to the tenants.

I rented a flat from RIB in Fitzrovia for one year. Viola (letting agent) was able to secure the flat on very short notice. To criticize, the flat was managed by RIB and, while they were usually responsive, some repairs/follow ups were slow. I have rented in London for the past 4 years. RIB is one of the most straight forward and no nonsense agents I have dealt with. The flat was the only one where I have received my full deposit back. I would use again.

RIB took over management halfway through my tenancy, so switching over was a bit troublesome. But overall, a very good company. Quick to respond to emails and needs. Took a long time to receive my deposit refund back, but 100% of it was returned so can't complain. Had a few things that needed fixed in the flat that weren't attended to, but they were minor. Once had to pay for a plumber and a locksmith out of pocket, but the plumber cost was refunded to me. In the end, RIB provided a good service and very friendly employees.

They have always been consistent in the high quality and efficiency of their services, regularly meeting my expectations. Their knowledge of the market, both from a sales as well as lettings standpoint has been a big plus for me personally. On the one or two rare occasions when things did not go according to plan, matters were promptly rectified once the issues were brought to their attention. Overall, highly recommended.

I begrudge giving even a single star! Sales are a joke! The head honcho struts around like she's Kim Kardashian and she is far far far from that! If she spent less time focusing on her fake hair and fake tan and actually focus on the market she may improve! They under valued my property by 100k armatures! The 1 star they got is even too much. We worked with their residential management side for a few years. Their accounting system is horrible, they never produce a meaningful or accurate report. They failed to collect demands, paid invoices incorrectly, and were late on their reports. They also have no clue as to what management of residential means. They do not inspect, don't carry out health and safety inspections and don't have contractors that carry out quality work. Don't bother working with them.
