I very much enjoyed renting my current residence with RiverHomes. They were über professional at all stages both before and after signing of the deal and moving in. In particular they were highly detailed oriented, highly responsive, understanding and followed through our various requests. I normally dread dealing with real estate agents (I have experience in NYC, Melbourne and London) and this was my first pleasant experience. I'm not sure what their secret sauce is, but I had interactions with at least 5 people from the company and they were all female ... Correlation? Causation? I'm not sure, but highly suggestive ...
