I would highly recommend Riverhomes for any waterside property sales. They were professional from start to finish, treating my property and the sales process with respect and care. It was important to me that potential buyers were treated well too, as they will be the ones owning our much loved home. From Francis putting me at ease with the initial evaluation and talking me through the process, to Simon who arranged and managed all the viewings impeccably. I was offered a lot of options to fit around me. Their advice, knowledge and experience is invaluable. I cannot thank them enough.

Very good personal service and guidance through out the process. Phillip Cannon was great and so was Adam who delt with the nitty gritty ,day to day stuff. Just one issue is the 5% fee which I found excessive for a sale of £120,000.

GoogleThe rudest and most cringeworthy estate agents ever. Avoid at all costs!!!! Caroline of River Homes has to be one of the rudest and worst Estate agents I've ever met. After commuting for 30 minutes to see a property I arrived and she was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me for a while only to tell me she hasn't got the keys and is waiting for the landlord to arrive. When I did she told me it was under offer and probably isn't worth viewing!! I had a 30 minute window in my lunch break to view. After wasting 15 minutes if my time and spending most of the time trying to workout how to email on her phone we went into see the concierge. What unfolded next was so unprofessional and cringeworthy I almost couldn't bear to watch.... After she asked for the keys from reception they refused for security reasons quite rightly until authorisation was given from the landlord. This went from a polite conversation to a full blown argument in a minute and security was called to diffuse the situation. Afterwards she left as she had another viewing and said I need to be shown around by the landlord. I had to apologise to the concierge for her behaviour and diffuse the situation when she left. Imagine having to move in and see the concierge every day after a shouting match in the lobby.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

This agency is ordinary agency. Until its standard procedure, all good. But they are unable to demonstrates simple humanity and flexibility. And be aware of agency owner having personal relationship with Goat Wharf landlord as this will reflect on ripping you off if there is a chance. Be very aware what you are signing. As I asked for Brake Clause, which was ignored and because I trusted it was included as discussed, had to pay them fees that never supposed to be paid. 4 lawyers advised charges are not right.

Amazing agency and exceptional service from Sue Day! Truly most amazing agency we ever worked with and we would truly recommend everyone. Sue (our agent) was the most professional, understanding and kind human being. She worked exceptionally hard to help us with the purchase. You just don’t get agents like that anymore. She did everything she could to secure our purchase. She didn’t have to but she did go above and beyond to help us. The response levels are very prompt and you can always get help whenever however small the query is. Just fantastic! Thank you so much, Sue for making our dream house come true.

We had a really good experience with River Homes. They have very good local knowledge, they are very service minded, accommodating and the communication was really good. And they found us the most beautiful home! They have responded to all of our queries fast and have been really helpful. Ines, who then took over for the final stages, was also extremely nice and helpful, making the process stress free in spite of the pandemic. And then Annabel, who oversees the management of the property, and who is thoughtful, proactive, always available and genuinely looking after the tenants. We were honestly surprise about the level of care and attention all of them invest, and we highly recommend renting with them as it really does make the difference.

We approached Riverhomes as it was local to the property my wife and I wanted to rent.From the get go we felt everything was very professional, with quick results.We had Ines visit our property, a few days after our enquiry, and this was followed up by arranging a photographer etc and having it online in a matter of weeks. Majority of viewings were done my Caroline, who was faultless - with covid-19 lingering in the air. She ensured all viewings taking place were followed precisely by the government guild-lines. I think there was approx 5/6 viewings before she managed to find us a suitable tenant, who we are very happy with. All paperwork etc was done instantly, and it’s been a few months since property has been on rent and we have had no issues.If you are looking to rent or buy, please do speak to Riverhomes, a professional service, ensuring customers satisfaction is number 1.Neil and Deb
