Excellent Experience with Riverhomes!

We had an excellent experience with Riverhomes. Sue helped us view and rent the right flat we were looking for and both Sue & Beth made sure this stressful process was short and sweet. They were both pro-active, patient and quick to answer all our questions, and made our transition to our new home as smooth and pleasant as possible. We would happily recommend them not only as a letting agent but also a property management company - thanks ladies!

I called the office and that very morning we saw a super flat that was perfect for us. Caroline and her super team helped us every step of the way to secure our flat. I have dealt with Riverhomes over a period of 3 years and found the entire team nothing but professional, helpful and understanding. When I was searching for a property Phillip and Sue from the Chiswick office took a lot of time to show me many different property's and understand my specific needs. Once I had settle on an apartment they continued to engage both me and the landlord to ensure that everything was set up for my moving in which was a smooth process thanks to the efforts they had put in.This was a long tenancy so I naturally had dealings with the property management team on several occasions. Annabel and Sarah managed any issues I had with the apartment quickly and efficiently, these included all the normal annual checks and some standout issues such as heating and plumbing problems. I never had to chase, communication was clear and efficient and that was very important to me. The works were always carried out on time and to plan, the team would then always follow up to check the work was satisfactory. When it came time to end my tenancy, again the team of Erin and Annabel managed my transition in an incredibly professional manner but most importantly they regularly demonstrated care for me and my small children. There was occasions where I would honestly say they went far beyond what could be expected from a property management agency and showed a patience that was both unexpected and very welcome. I faced some challenges, personally, around my departure but Annabel supported me through them in a way that really helped me.In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Riverhomes as a letting agent or a property management company. The fact they are a family business themselves translates through to their teams who really do go the extra mile to manage the balance between tenants and landlords needs. Personally, I've found this both helpful and refreshing.

Great Agency - Highly Recommended

Recently my flat became vacant and required re-letting. Sue took charge, was very knowledgeable, and gave good advice and guidance on the re-letting. The flat was put on the market and within a couple of days, Sue had found some great tenants, very impressive. The office manager Beth also provided great and efficient service in sorting out the various documents required for re-letting, and Phil ensures that everything went smoothly with the previous tenant’s departure. The property maintenance team of Sara and Annabel is also great. They deal with issues quickly and efficiently and if requested can come up with quotes for resolving issues. They have a great selection of suitable “trades’ people”/contractors that can come and undertake any work required. Between tenancies recently, I required some work around two of the windows and the redecorating of the whole flat. Annabel did an excellent job of coordinating the work. The chosen contractors were also good did an excellent job and were clean and tidy ensuring that dustsheets were laid whenever appropriate As a Landlord I have been with Riverhomes for over 15 years, and they have been very efficient and have always found me quality tenants quickly and efficiently I would highly recommend them as a quality estate agents

I had a delightful experience with Riverhomes (South West London office ). My flatmate and I saw a new flat come online that we really likes, I called the office the next day and my call got handled with the highest urgency (because I was under some pressure to find a place) Caroline was able to make time and show me the place that same day. From there on the service only improved, Caroline was very clear in explaining the process, her communication with the Landlord was great and also the communication back to me. we managed to secure the place the next morning. Thanks to Ines hard work the reference check got carried out really quickly too. I have not come across such a profession letting agency who make it an absolute breeze to work with. They are 100% understand their clients priorities and can cater towards them. After seeing the flat Thursday we managed to see the flat again on Friday and moved in on Monday. the follow up process from Caroline was as good as the securing process. over all an amazing experience in something that was a stressful time for me. Cannot give Riverhomes a high enough recommendation.

I had an excellent experience with RiverHomes. Leanna, the Lettings Manager, was absolutely amazing, she responded on the spot to all my questions and requests and was extremely efficient and accommodating; very thorough as well, she even spotted that the gas fire mentioned in the tenants’ agreement was not part of the gas certificate (for a good reason, it is disabled, but that didn’t show in the agreement). On top of being a great lettings manager, she is also a very nice person. Also, Ines, the Office Manager, was always prompt and responsive. Thank you so much, Leanna and Ines!
