We were new to the concept of living on a houseboat but seeking just the right combination of boat, location and community. We never would have found our new home without Nigel Day! He was so very patient, anxious to show us many boats, including ones he told us we would not like but that it was important to see all types and locations. He was familiar with all the boats available through Riverhomes, anywhere in London. And when we found the one (which he told us in advance would be the one, as he totally understood our wishes), he arranged for us to meet other residents, and to visit several times before we made an offer. I’m a tennant of a houseboat in Cheyne row my experience of Riverhomes as the agents is first class so good in fact I wouldn’t rent a boat without using them as it is very complex proceedure I dealt with caroline and Lianna who were always incredibly professional and available with a vast experience the whole team made it an enjoyable experience and education

I had a very positive and enlightening experience buying a boat from Riverhomes. I found both Caroline and Ian - who are the agents there, very helpful and kind; really going beyond the call of duty to find the perfect mooring for my boat. I feel like they were both honest and authentic people who I could absolutely trust in the process of making this purchase. I highly recommend contacting Riverhomes if you are interested in buying a boat.

Francis and Phillip at RiverHomes were fantastic. Our sale turned into a saga, with quite a few twists, not always pleasant. Not only were they unstinting in their efforts to sell our house, their support and optimism when the going got a little tough was very much appreciated.They really helped us at a stressful time, and though estate agents sometimes deservedly get a bad rep, I now understand just how hard the good ones can work.Many thanks to them and their team.

Fantastic experience selling through River Homes. Initially tried selling through a larger agent, however once I switched to River Homes I saw that the personal support and care they offered and the quality of the potential buyers they showed round was significantly higher. Phillip in particular went above and beyond to firstly secure the sale and then make it a great experience for both us as sellers and the buyers. Would highly recommend selling with these guys if you have a house near the river!

If you are a tenant then Riverhomes is not suitable for you, i have rented through them a flat for 1 year then renewed for an additional year, they have failed in all matters that concern transparency and fairness when a issue arises between the landlords and tenants although the landlord didn’t sign them to manage the property and was dealing with other agencies but they wanted to win his business even if it was by being plain stupid.I recommend to compare their agreements and services with other agencies before getting any thing through them.Riverhomes is Simply unprofessional.

As a landlord, Riverhomes have been really helpful to me. I've had some great tenants and Riverhomes has ensured that they have been satisfied with the flat. They therefore keep the place in great condition and it has been easy to get tenants subsequently. I've also had tricky tenants and Riverhomes have done all the correspondence on my behalf and managed complicated situations sensitively and fairly to both parties.

GoogleHaving found few properties on internet we contacted riverhomes and within hours received a reply from Caroline. At a very short notice she has provided all the informations and booked a few viewings for the next day. We had explained our requirements and budget and she suggested a flat which fitted this and one we have subsequently acquired. Caroline has throughout the whole process provided valuable support in terms of practical and legal procedures and actively engaged herself in a speedy conclusion of our purchase. Once we had moved in she offered and provided further help with yet more practical matters, such as utilities connections, storage arrangements, service anad maintenance advice and suchlike. Caroline provided an excellent and efficient service helping to secure a wonderful flat. I struggled for months in the search of suitable accommodation in what is an unprecedented time of competition for flats in London. On first contact with Caroline the whole process from viewing, to agreeing rental terms took less then 48 hours. She was always available via email or call for any queries.

I found myself looking for a rental property at very short notice after a bad experience with a well-known high street estate agency. Sue at riverhomes could not have been more helpful. All negotiations were handled with maximum transparency and minimum fuss. As a smaller office, riverhomes has a more local and personal feel: everyone in the office knew who I was and went out of their way to be accommodating.Their management team is great too.

I don't care for their new online system but when I objected to using it, the Riverhomes office were immediately helpful in getting my paperwork done without that particular hassle. GoogleWe had an excellent service from Tom at Riverside Homes in Putney. Fortunately it was a straightforward transaction but you never know what may happen along the way! He and the team at that office were always helpful, courteous and speedy at dealing with requests. I would most definitely recommend them as agents for any properties near the river.
