I had an amazing experience with Right Now Residential and in particular Brogan who helped me find a place to rent from start to finish. When I called up Brogan was friendly, helpful and reassured me we would find a flat for me (I had specific requirements). The next morning Brogan called me saying she had found a flat that matched my needs perfectly. That day Brogan sent my offer, had it accepted and guided me through the whole process until it was completed. I have lived in 5 different countries and had rented from a lot of different people and countries never have I ever came across a more incompetent organisation, the less than 6 months , we haven’t have water for a full week, wifi out for 2 months, electricity out for a week, I haven’t had heating all winter for over 3 months, many leaks in the property that they completely ignore. This business does not deserve any client. If you are a landlord do not give your property to them to manage , If you are a tenant do not rent with them. They are making money by abusing tenants! If you have any compassion in you do not give this business money as they you it to harm lives! The worst agency on the plant.

Stay away. They are very fast at sorting out contract and let you move in but after that, you are on your own. In the 2 months I’ve lived in a property managed by right now residential I’ve been without water, power and heating for 10 days. No wifi whatsoever, 3 leaks one of which was so big that we had to stay in a hotel for several nights. The property manager I spoke with was unresponsive and gave no information. We received zero compensation for the additional expenses we incurred into and when an issue in the flat is reported they ignore it for weeks. If you can, go somewhere else to find your new flat.
