Donovan was handling our request. We initially contacted him for a property which was over our budget. Upon mentioning that, Donovan actually went out of his way to show us properties that matched our preferences. All the properties were really well built, were in good locations with excellent connectivity and were beautifully furnished. I rented a furnished unit in Croydon from them. Tenancy starting 14OCT2024. Rent was paid and was told I could move from the North and everything would be ready on 14OCT2024. We get to the unit and it ends up being unfurnished. Tried calling the property manager and their only response was that the office would be closing soon and to call again the next morning. Called the company this morning and the most helpful customer service attendant I have ever encountered, said that there is nothing she could do and we should just wait in the unfurnished apartment until someone deemed the case serious enough to get back to us.

Me and My partner Kaira rushed into putting a holding deposit down on a Property before viewing as we were getting desperate to find somewhere to live. If I could give this place no stars I would. These people can lie! When you come in for a tour(on time) they will have you waiting because they want to socialise(I never got greeted btw) and never received an apology. The apartment they showed me was clean and nice. But when I moved in my Lord was it dirty! The sink had stains, the cupboard had crumbs, it was filthy.! Also, as I was walking out the building I overheard Dom Moore talking about a resident to potential renters(so unprofessional). This place is a joke. Do yourself a favour, don’t move here. It isn’t worth it.
