Spoke with a Tiegan Williams who pressured me into signing for a longer tenancy knowing that I was a student and running out of options. I immediately paid the holding deposit to take it off the market and everything seemed fine.Until she suddenly stopped replying my to messages after I paid, and still ignored after reminded her about my situation. I was able to reach her manager and he told me that the landlord all of a sudden doesn’t want student even after accepting my offer. I said I would accept a refund and move on.Tiegan has still not replied to me and had I not called someone else, she would have been happy to keep me thinking I have a place to move in when I don’t. I’m currently still waiting for the refund which they have not sent yet and I don’t think they plan on doing that anytime soon.

GoogleI would try to avoid them if possible. They are going to try to get the total or part of your deposit with whatever excuse they can put. A part of that, your place is going to be dirty once you move in because they never sent anybody to clean.

GoogleRight Now Residential have proved to be very effective and organised in dealing with a poorly managed resident's contract that they inherited from the previous incumbent. Faith Rutherford has worked tirelessly to clarify, solve and fix a range of outstanding issues some of which were long outstanding . She has restored confidence and transparency and trust so that we can now move forward positively. I would recommend this company

GoogleI have visited quite a few flats for viewing and met multiple agents, but I haven’t met anyone like donovan. Professional yet humble and courteous. Getting a flat in london is very stressful, but donovan knows how to comfort and put one at ease. Such a friendly person and a great guy. Wish him all the best 👍 Mariam at the office extremely helpful and very friendly too.

GoogleThis company posts a lot false advertisement wasting time of tenants. I would definitely avoid, unless you believe a company doing so much false advertisement could be trustworthy…. I also think all these positive reviews are fishy….a lot of those are from accounts which never posted a review before. I would not be be surprised if it’s another kind of “marketing” tactics from them
