GoogleAs a tenant, please avoid this agency. They don't care to respond at all about any queries for Deposit refund deductions, even after multiple follow-ups.

Sometimes deposit discussions are not always straightforward and can incur delays which is frustrating for you, your landlord and us as the agent intermediary. GoogleI have had the misfortune of dealing with Right Now Residential in a rented property. To begin with, the company looked great as were very proactive and actioned everything that was needed to be done for you to secure the property. As time went on, and moving in, there was very little communication regarding everything and no one knew any answers. The property had multiple teething issues that they weren't interested in assisting with, even though they were fully managing the rental property. In the middle of the contract they implemented new rules even though they were not agreed on by the tenants. Towards the end of the tenancy, it also became obvious the estate agents did not follow normal protocol by providing a check in report when moving in. The estate agents also came into the flat to do 'marketing' when we were moving out, leaving the property not in the same way it was left i.e. leaving lights on for hours until we got home etc. I would not be recommending this agent to anyone! They only care about taking as much money from Tenants as possible and have provided by far the worst customer service I have ever come across. If i could give 0 stars I would!

GoogleRight Now Residential are on it. They're on it right now. We have been hugely impressed with their no-nonsense, intelligent approach to property which puts others to shame. If you are looking for a friendly, transparent and efficient service these guys are the ones to go to. They are now managing the letting of our flat and are extremely efficient, always communicate speedily and while we are far away it is total peace of mind.

GoogleIf you want someone to still your money, congratulations. These people are going to do as much as possible to got your deposit, even with things without sense. I encourage you try to avoid them.
