GoogleCompletely incompetent lettings agent, not turning up to agreed viewings on properties and taking days to provide exact addresses to properties instead of the general area. Avoid, use a proper firm.

GoogleMoved to the United Kingdom in January with no place to stay and had to jump from hotel to hotel with no success of finding a place to stay until I saw an apartment available at The Residences where Ness helped me move in within 2 weeks. Really great service! She is now in the process of helping my friend too. Keep it up Ness!

Because of the time difference, I relied on her to keep the sale moving along, which she did by coordinating with multiple parties on both my and the buyer’s side. Her communication was timely, clear, and responsive. She carefully extracted from me what I wanted to do at each stage, so was able to negotiate knowledgeably and fairly with the buyer on my behalf. She was proactive in coming up with solutions to hiccups, and ensured that all parties were aware of and working to meet deadlines. I was pleased with the experience and happy with the speed of the transaction, from the time the flat went on the market, to completion.

GoogleI can't recommend this agency highly enough! All members of the team are really polite and helpful. I recently moved into a new accommodation with my partner. It was the first time that an agency office went the extra mile to make sure our moving will be really smooth. Dawn arranged everything perfectly and completed 100% of our requests prior our moving. Bobby then, our property manager, has been extremely helpful by sorting immediately any problems we had with the flat. And when I say immediately, I mean he literally sent engineers in the house within a couple of hours after I raised any issue. He is by far the best property manager I've ever dealt with.
