GoogleReal estate information is comprehensive and timely. Quickly help the client learn about the house. When renting an apartment, I found that the contract occupancy time was two days later than expected, but Donovan effectively and cleanly solved the problem. It was incredible, really great

GoogleLifts never work, sometimes no water for days at a time. Moved out two weeks ago and still haven’t been contacted in regards to my deposit even though I have emailed twice.
Hi Georgia, It was made aware to you by your property manager that a number of quotes are required for the property to be brought back to its former condition. There have been two instances of no water, one related to a suspected leak and the other was an issue with Thames Water, both remedied very quickly. Right Now Residential doesn't manage the building, so the lift issues should be reported to the building agent instead.

GoogleWe had a terrible experience trying to rent a flat via Right Now Residential. Our agent was not responsive. When we finally paid the holding deposit, the landlord got upset with their unresponsiveness and transferred the management of the flat to another agent. It took us almost 3 weeks and many phone calls to get a refund of our holding deposit.
