Nice property and room. Customer service is not good though, had WiFi issues for 2 months now and property manager Mantas does nothing to sort it, not very happy.

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY.....I m a tenant 191 Gloucester place since few months every 2 weeks we have issue water leak, no power, no water, roof water leak, mouse, .. no wifi. ..AGAIN AND AGAINWe have to stay to hotel in february for 3 days and one month after we have any update to have our money back.Ending a contract is impossible they refuse the new tenant ALWAYS AN EXCUSE.

GoogleAfter a few years I moved out from a flat in Maltings Place, wanted to live in the complex again, so I walked in to the lettings office and was very lucky to talk to Brogan, who knew about a flat potentially coming to the market, so she arranged everything that was needed to speak to the landlord. She clearly knows what both tenant and landlords value, so she got me great deal to secure the flat, in a swift and smooth manner. I wish all letting agents were like her!

GoogleAfter a decent start to my contract, everything went downhill with this company… I have altered my agreement with them and haven't received my refund after it has been over 2 months since the new contract has been signed. Save yourself the headache.

GoogleReal estate information is comprehensive and timely. Quickly help the client learn about the house. When renting an apartment, I found that the contract occupancy time was two days later than expected, but Donovan effectively and cleanly solved the problem. It was incredible, really great
