GoogleThe whole experience with 'Right Now Residential' has been smooth and Josh Wilson has been amazing in making this experience excellent. Having moved houses a number of times now, I must admit this has been one of the smoothest ones. Really quick service and the whole team are very responsive. There were no long list of charges, huge inventory or contract documents. From a tenant's perspective this is a delight. Would surely recommend 'Right Now Residential' and use them again.

GoogleDawn Cunningham connected me with regards to my requirements. Dawn was very helpful and kind. She took the time to the show the Property and assisted in helping me with timelines. As I needed the apartment to recover post surgery, dawn ensured that the property she shows has taxi access, concierge etc. Wonderful experience - hassle free bookings. She is highly professional and I recommend this company and the services.

TrustpilotGood service
Very pleased with Right Now Residential, they're very responsive and they make life as a tenant generally a lot easier than things can be dealing directly with a landlord. Shout out to Noah who recently helped sort a tenancy renewal with zero fuss.

GoogleI had an amazing Experience working with Tee! She’s such a lovely and hard working person. I was located overseas at the time of the viewing and she was amazing. She took the time to FaceTime me and go through the building and my exact apartment. Tee also walked me through the entire application process. I can’t recommend her enough to help you look for your next Property!

GooglePurchased a new build property throughJosh at Right now Residential. First time buyers so we had a lot of questions that needed answering and Josh was always happy to help. He went above and beyond what is required from an Estate Agent, was a pleasure to work with and I could not recommend more strongly. Given a property being advertised by both Right Now Red and their competitors, I would choose them without second thought.

GoogleFrom viewing to moving, this has been such an easy and painless process. Farook first showed me around, he was friendly and helpful and able to answer my many many questions. Then Chloe from the office helped with the admin side and also was incredibly helpful. On the day I moved I was met by an incredibly happy and helpful maintenance guy called Ben, who assisted me and showed me around and promptly helped with anything I needed. All of this over overseen by Adam. I cannot recommend these guys enough

GoogleCheated when we moved in to see the apartment shown in the video was not the actual apartment. The floor was different! Also, Had a fatal experience when the extractor shelf came off and fell on me . Chairs were broken hurting my baby. Totally disappointed. The mental stress and agony is debilitating. Can’t stay in this place! Trust lost !

GoogleWe had such a brilliant experience with Right Now Residential, and our letting agent, Andrew Owusu, was fantastic. We were struggling to find a suitable property in London and increasingly anxious due to time pressures, but Andrew dealt with the situation amazingly - rapidly locating a potential flat for us and acting as an incredibly reliable, professional, and friendly contact throughout. We could not have been better treated, with all our (many!) questions answered promptly and helpfully. Really could not recommend Right Now Residential (and Andrew) more, and our flat are all thrilled with a really successful and well-handled process!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Thanks for the review Sam. We wish you all the best!
