TrustpilotBEWARE PURCHASING REAL ESTATE FROM JOSEPH FLYNN JR.
Joe Flynn renovated an old building in the Munjoy Hill part of Portland, Maine and sold it. I was one of the unfortunate ones to buy from him. He outright lied to me saying that I could use my unit as an AirBnB. He also covered up that the roof needed to be replaced within 1-2 yrs., he painted over the stairs that are in need of repair, AND said the radon levels were fine when we found out we have to get a radon mitigation system. We're having to pay extra assessments as well as the monthly association fee .... THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS MORE. He refused to help us out except in minimal ways. The water heating system he had installed only heated enough for 25% of what we needed. He is NOT AN HONEST PERSON to say the least. BEWARE BUYING FROM JOSEPH FLYNN JR. (not his parents- they have a good reputation in real estate.). Talk to anyone in our Association and they will agree w/ me.

Do NOT use this realtor to let your property. They will fill it with loud, obnoxious students who will have daily drunken parties, damaging the value of your property and causing massive issues with neighbours.

GoogleAs a young professional moving in London it is not always easy to find an accomotion exactly matching all the criteria. After several visits with different estate agencies I have found the perfect match with Kosh Miah and Jay Khalique, two Real Estate agents from Residential Realtors Estate. I benefited from the best quality-cost accomodation I could have found and a prime service all along the transaction (2 visits even late and requested at the last minute) with these two real estate agents. I particularly appreciate the "non pushy" and highly professional behavior of Kosh and Jay. I would definitly recommend Residential Realtors and more specifically Kosh and Jay for an efficient flat research in London ! Marc

GoogleI have rented through RR twice, the first a flat had been sitting with an agent for three weeks and Kosh Miah moved tenants in within three days of me contacting him
The second was after a very difficult eviction, I kept RR posted as to what was going on and they had two viewings within an hour of the bailiffs evicting the tenants. RR really understands that every day without tenants is lost money and yet keep a very methodical and exact check on all aspects of getting good tenants from references and guarantors if necessary without me having to chase them for anything. I was briefly up dated as to what is going on without long chats about the weather, which when under stress was gratefully appreciated. All the three staff I have deal with, Kosh, Greg and Jay have all been focused, professional and keen to keep a good relationship between all parties. I would and have recommended them to a number of landlords fed up with their agents. I feel they are allies in my business. I will be using them again

GoogleMy experience with Residential Realtors was excellent. One of the best estate agency I've met until now. I had the pleasure to meet Kosh and Jay in June 2015. They are highly reliable and committed to their job. Additionally, they are hard workers and very efficient. I had to leave UK the morning after visiting the apartments and they therefore stayed open until 9pm so that we could get all the paper done before my travel. Kosh and Jay always kept us informed throughout the process & was always available for contact at all times. They also have great properties. I would highly recommend Residential Realtors to any person looking for an agency which is, contrary to most agencies, really taking into account your search criteria and making its best to sort out each of your demand. Contrary to most agencies who are very aggressive, they don’t try to pressure you to take an apartment, they let you make your choice and this makes a huge difference. I have recommended Residential Realtors to several colleagues/friends and will continue using them for the future for sure.

I have a great experience with those guys starting from completing a rent deal (including move) in a 4 days and finishing with an outstanding support they providing as a property managers.
My agent Kosh Miah always easy in touch if I have any issues with the property and helpful in getting things done.
If you really need to be settled quickly and be calm all the way further I suggest to review offers from Residential Realtors.
Just wondering which critics I can add.....
Well , maybe only related to the office which was quite far from my area - Isle of Dogs, I hope they will manage the new one closer.
