GoogleI want to thank every single member of this company. I was really sceptic about the rental process in London due to bad stories I heard. Luckily I have found great people who first give advices and try to match every single need of the renters. Francesco has dealt with me in every single aspect and he was absolutely fantastic. I didn't have much time so I asked him to select a few property to show me in order to make a decision on the same day. The properties he showed me were beautiful so my final decision was really hard to be made. I have then listened to his advices and I'm glad to say thank you guys. Highly reccomend.

GoogleGenuinely top guys. I deal with a number of agents around London who deal with my properties. Without a doubt most of them hold a typical sales shambles reputation because its what they deserve.. These guys however set the market standards. Genuine pioneers in the industry. They know the industry well and most certainly know how to take care of their landlords. Keep up the good work guys and continue to set yourselves apart from the typical sales people!

GoogleWe recently had a viewing with them and paid reservation fee £500 to this agency. They kept texting and calling me to make a decision, and send the offer form. We did in the end. But after almost 1 week we transferred the fee to them. We had to go to the office twice to get an answer that the landlord actually already rejected our offer. Before that I was trying to contact their manager, Kosh, I sent texts to his WhatsApp and called him few times, he never read and answered. What kind of manager is this to work in a company. When we went there for the last time, he was there and didn't even come to say hi or give us any explanation. Really bad experience with their service. But! The girl works in the reception is really friendly and helpful, she deserves much more being the manager than Kosh!

GoogleBooked a viewing with Max and agreed a time with him over the phone. We get to the property and he tells us there's "no viewings" for that day so casually without even apologising and that "it's not in his diary" . If you're trying to make business you shouldn't be so inconsiderate with other people's time. We made an effort and pretty much wasted our time to get to the property only for us to have to call the agent and tell us they're not coming. Disgusting customer service!

GoogleWe had a bad experience with Res Realtors. After accepting our offer we paid the holding deposit and the agency fees hoping to get in the property. However for two weeks Resident Realtors couldn't sort their act with the landlord and we were left with no place to live, just 5 days before the move in date. Imagine the struggle in finding a new place for 5 days. Kudos to Max who actually tried hard to sort the things out in the said two weeks. Also good that we got our money back quite quick. Resident Realtors, please sort out your game with the landlords.

GoogleFilipe returned our first call within 10 minutes and came over for a valuation that same afternoon. He sat down with us, discussed some marketing strategies and gave us a good idea of the price we could get. He offered some tips to stage our property for photos, too. Within a few days Filipe sent over a very talented photographer and had us featured and on the market in less than a week. Talk about efficiency and professionalism! Highly recommend Residential Realtors.

We are very pleased with their work and assistance, especially: Farzana Hussain, who is managing the property is very committed and very easy to contact with. She always promptly answers all our questions (as we notice even after her working hours) and she is very involved in dealing with matters which arrive. Julian Daley, who carried out a property inspection recently and was very helpful, immediately after his visit he resolved any outstanding issues, which we are very grateful for.

I highly recommend Residential Realtors as leading estate agents. I had the pleasure of dealing with Max and I can not thank him enough. GoogleI rated them few weeks before but I want to let everyone know that all 5 star reviews are not really what it appears to be I rent from this guys 3 weeks before Firstly the offer from me and landlord was misunderstood by the agent and I have to compromise on it at the end as we loved the flat Secondly we been told that water bill is included initially when we came down from viewing but the day we moved in land lord said he never said that to the agaency so we have to pay that on top of all the bills Lastly we been waitin for our tenancy agreement for 3 weeks to be signed and send I specially like to mention one of the manger Jay Khalique first of all he is never on desk secondly after calling him almost 8 times for the same he still did not manage to send us the sign copy of tenancy agreement Finally after speaking to other manager Josh we manage to get it done Over all I think all they care about is the overpriced fees they charging to both landlord and tenents and after that they don't really care much

GoogleResidential Realtors managed my whole portfolio from start to finish, throughout the years they have been consistent in the service they provide, I like their unique way of finding tenants, they are not pushy and pressure tenants which really pays dividends as I've really noticed the difference in the quality of tenants staying for longer term - in fact my most recent tenant they found me agreed to sign up for a full 3 years, not only has it given me great security but i know the flat wont be empty for 3 years. I appreciate your hard work! P.s the best thing about Residential Realtors has to be their Property Management, Farzana looks after my portfolio diligently and she available 24/7 absolutely amazing.

GoogleFabulous service. Shaun contacted me and came around and took trouble to make the flat look really good for the photographs he then took. The photographs looked great on their website. Later on he made a very good suggestion about an addition to the flat which I did. Shaun and the others in the office brought around many prospective tenants to look at the flat. They were always courteous and let me know in advance when they would be showing the flat to prospective tenants. Thank you so much and I couldn't recommend Residential Realtors more.

TrustpilotBEWARE PURCHASING REAL ESTATE FROM JOSEPH FLYNN JR.
Joe Flynn renovated an old building in the Munjoy Hill part of Portland, Maine and sold it. I was one of the unfortunate ones to buy from him. He outright lied to me saying that I could use my unit as an AirBnB. He also covered up that the roof needed to be replaced within 1-2 yrs., he painted over the stairs that are in need of repair, AND said the radon levels were fine when we found out we have to get a radon mitigation system. We're having to pay extra assessments as well as the monthly association fee .... THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS MORE. He refused to help us out except in minimal ways. The water heating system he had installed only heated enough for 25% of what we needed. He is NOT AN HONEST PERSON to say the least. BEWARE BUYING FROM JOSEPH FLYNN JR. (not his parents- they have a good reputation in real estate.). Talk to anyone in our Association and they will agree w/ me.
