GoogleI have really appreciated how Residential Realtors have treated me and my girlfriend when we went through the entire rental process. Dealing with Francesco was absoluteky fantastic, he was always very polite and transparent and made the deal very easy and simple. Thank you Residential Realtors, we can't wait to move into our new place.

GoogleDo not trust these agents. They are very deceiving and make their own rules, extremely rude to tenants and do not have the the land lords interest at heart. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Should not be allowed to trade. Kosh Miah is the worst manager ever and unprofessional, rude and bites the hand that feeds him.

GoogleAli helped with my renting process. He was always on call during the whole process, and demonstrated great passion and kindness. I strongly recommend him, if you are an international student looking for a place.

GoogleFilipe made the process easy, introducing his sense of humor in situations that would have otherwise been a bit stressful. Great knowledge of the area. Had a lot of different directions I was going and Filipe was great to bounce ideas off of and give his honest opinion. Will recommend Residential Realtors

GoogleThis company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. My friend and I rented a two-bedroom flat through them, and the entire experience has been full of lies, stress, and zero professionalism. …

GoogleAvoid! Time wasters! I’ve had an appointment and viewing with Tariq Ahmed and Jay Khalique. I spoke with them on the phone, then I got confirmation email a day before viewing, then I got confirmation ONE HOURE before the viewing so I went there and guess what? No one was there. I called the office and of course no one knew anything, no one was responsible. I checked my emails- there was an email with the cancellation sent 10 min(!) before the viewing. No explanation, no apologies, nothing! Very, very unprofessional!

GoogleIf I could give this business a minus review I would. Before you even consider going through these conmen, consider without all their fake 5 star reviews they are an under 2 star business. No doubt all these fakes to put a 5 star rating 'by google' on their website when it currently stands at 4.3 anyway. The property let to me is an absolute disgrace, no respect to the tenants by providing basic and required services such as mould removal. I have health conditions and have been continuously fighting horrific and disgusting mould throughout this flat and particularly in my own bedroom for over 5 months. I cannot sleep in my own room. The piping is awful, I have had the wall ripped out of my room, plastered, and then completely forgotten about and not painted over again. The light switches explode from time to time and terify me and my flatmates, so bear that in mind if you move in. Regarding the piping, when our toilet with a dreadful and pointless macerator broke, a plumber came to fix it and left an extension cord on the floor of the bathroom for 3 whole days. Not to mention, took 5 days to fix a toilet shared by three people. I cannot wait for the prospect of new tenants arriving as I will not be hesitating to tell them how much of a disgrace this company is and what a terrible rip off they are.

GoogleI'm thankful to Kosh Miah, he did an outstanding service. It was my first time to rent an appartment and he was very helpful explaining everything relating to the whole process simply and efficiently. The whole experience was very pleasant. I would strongly recommend Kosh Miah and Residential Realtors.

GoogleResidential Realtors were fantastic to deal with. Emily was extremely helpful and friendly, unlike any other estate agent I have dealt with in the past. She didn't put any excessive pressure on me and I felt really comfortable during the process. I would definitely recommend them without thinking twice.

TrustpilotAVOID THIS AGENCY
Look at the other negative reviews, and they say it all. Terrible experience. An amateur real estate agent run by incompetent children, unqualified to do letting agency work. Embarrassing service.

GoogleShaun is all around nice outgoing guy. You want him on your side if you are looking for a property. He knows how to negotiate and will get you the home you want. Do not hesitant hiring him to buy or sell your home.

GoogleI've recently rented a flat through Residential Realtors. I can say their service was great throughout. Residential Realtors made the whole experience as seamless as can be. I've dealt with Filipe in particular, who was always on point and answered any questions I had.

GoogleWorking with residential realtors as a contractor has been a great experience. Nachelle was very easy to communicate with and made it easy to carry out the job that needed to be done. Will definitely work alongside this agency in the future.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
