GoogleFarzana was extremely helpful and took extra steps into helping us secure a home. She took plenty of time to help us understand some procedures. Initially the house we saw had been taken however she was able to find us another home to look at straight after that accommodated our needs. Over all Farzana was very pleasant to chat with and very friendly and made the experience looking for a new home more enjoyable.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleVery easy and smooth process, Sahit was my agent, who was very helpful at the viewings and answered all my queries.

GoogleKosh was super patient and helpful! We had a really tough time getting everything sorted because each member of the flat was in a different country when it came to signing all the agreements, but Kosh was always available if we had problems or questions. He was, without a doubt, there for every step of the way. I'd recommend Residential Realtors not only for their efficiency in sorting everything but for their enthusiasm and commitment to us throughout the process.

GoogleAfter dealing with several Estate Agencies I can finally say that i am fully satisfied. Francesco is always available to reach. It doesn’t matter what time it is, he will get back to you instantly. We arranged a viewing for a property in roughly 3 minutes and the day after I had the pleasure to view it. Great properties matching to the pictures provided. Great service and really nice person to talk to. Highly recommend.

GoogleHorrendously scummy business practices for the sake of getting a few extra phone calls so they can spam your inbox with properties that are wildly out of budget, listed about 6 properties that, when trying to enquire about, were mysteriously all immediately off the market, took my details before telling me this of course.

GoogleMe and my flatmates had a good experience with Residential Realtors, especially Sahit who was very helpful and responded quickly to queries, even when he was not in the office. The process was quick and we were able to secure a flat that was perfect for us!

GoogleI can recommend this agency 100%. Sahit was the person who helped us throughout the process. Despite having some difficulties, he was always helping us and was aware of our requirements. He was very kind and helped us a lot to find a place to live.

GoogleRecently, Residential Realtors Estate Agents assisted us in renting one of our properties. From beginning to end, the agents were exceedingly helpful and courteous. A special thank you to Jay and his colleagues for their dedication to their work and for offering the greatest service.

GoogleIt was a very easy and helpful experience with Residential Realtors for me. Max Stewart made the entire tiresome process of finding a flat so easy and was always available to discuss any questions/concerns I had. He was equally involved and made sure that he found solutions which catered to my requirements, which made all the difference. Definitely one of the very few realtors who provided such a comprehensive service! Thanks Max !!

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Residential Realtors, and I must say, they exceeded all expectations. After hearing rave reviews about their expertise and area knowledge in SE1, I decided to give them a try. Sahit, in particular, was recommended by friends who had used him before, and now I understand why. He is nothing short of professional, and great at what he does. I wholeheartedly recommend Residential Realtors to anyone in need of estate agency services. They have my utmost recommendation. 100/10!

GoogleAmazing service, special thank you to Sahit.

GoogleI dealt with Francesco who actually is a great advisor. Arranging a viewing with me wasn't easy due to my commitments but he has always been available and open to find some time for me. The properties he has shown to me were great but unfortunately I haven't found something that matches my criteria. I'm sure he will find something for me soon. Great service. Highly recommended.

GoogleMax is an excellent realtor. He was proactive and always contactable, he wasn't afraid to call the relevant parties to discuss either price or furniture or move in dates. All of the core things were covered and handled brilliantly. He even drove us to and from the property we loved. Excellent stuff. Personable and full of good chat as well. Top stuff from my namesake.

GoogleEverything is overpriced for poor quality online options. Kind of a joke company. Their google five star reviews are written by their British Asian friends - it’s easy to link them on on LinkedIn by name

GoogleFarzana was so attentive. She helped with every query I had and never made me feel like I was asking for too much. Very helpful and very professional. Make sure you ask for farzana! She went out of her way to always help me and always listen to every need and want I had.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleShaun was the most professional, time efficient and persuasive agent I have met in my seven rental viewing experience. I wonder if we had met him and/or other residential realtors estate agents earlier, will it have taken us so long (two months) to find a flat that was up to our standards. The service and thoughtfulness really is top notch quality.

GoogleFelipe is everything you would expect from an agent, profesional, helpful, understanding acting like a liason between us (tenants) and the landlord. There was an issues regarding the moving date and he did the best he could to help us find a common ground with the landlord taking in consideration every option out there and the position of both us and the landlord...

GoogleKosh was helpful, responsive and excellent to deal with from the first viewing to our eventual purchase of our property. The sale took longer than anticipated to complete (for reasons outside of Residential Realtors' control) but Kosh kept us informed and calm throughout. We would recommend Kosh to buyers and sellers without hesitation - he went above and beyond standard service. Thanks Kosh!

GoogleMassive thank you to everyone at Residential Realtors for helping us secure our dream home. Max was very proactive and helped to calm our nerves throughout the whole process. He managed to negotiate a price and move in date that worked for us and kept us in the loop throughout. By far the best experience I've had renting in London.

GoogleExcellent - I have been using RR for a few years & due to their excellent service from start to finish, I cannot even contemplate using any other company for any property letting. Filipe was very professional in the initial finding a tenant process & Farzana was outstanding in her management, communication & completion once the new tenant was found.

GoogleMy experience with Johann Alves was excellent. I found him to be very helpful and engaged in the search for the right property for me. Really appreciated not to have an overbearing agent for once and would definitely recommend reaching out to him.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleFarzana was so helpful to us as we moved into our first flat out of student accomodation! She was prepared and willing to answer any and all of the questions we had about moving and renting-no matter how small! We really appreciated the extra help and kindness she showed to us ☺️PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleReally good experience all round. Accustomed to very poor experiences with estate agents but Sahit was really helpful, friendly and updated us frequently to inform us of next steps. Definitely recommend!

GoogleI have been enquiring for several properties. Good prices and nice customer service. Still haven’t found the deal, letting agent Francesco is working really hard to find a good accommodation for me. He keps me updated on a daily basis by sending the links for the new properties they get. Great service, they know how to treat customers.
