Highly recommend using them to rent your property if you want them to constantly place in noisy, drug taking students who will throw loud parties every night.

GoogleI had contact with Max at residential realtors. A real stand up guy, he knew everything about the local area and was able to answer any questions I had. He showed me around a place I was interested in and couldn't been more helpful. I had to put my plans on hold but when I return to London I will most certainly be contacting Max directly!

GoogleThis agent wastes peoples time as most advertised properties are fake and they flood Rightmove with these ads which you have to trawl through to get to the real listings on with other agents. They list the same property multiple times but with different number of bedrooms. They have properties on some roads, where the photos clearly are from a completely different area.

GoogleThis estate agents are totally uncontactable - I couldn't even leave a voicemail (message inbox always full). They also post ghost listings on their own website and zoopla, in order to gain leads. Avoid at all costs!

GoogleI deal with Johann Alves in this firm, who has been extremely patient and helpful in guiding me through an otherwise stressful process and back-and-forth negotiation with landlords. He is honest, and approachable and I would recommend anyone to use him again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSahit gave me a terrific experience, I needed a neat place for my cinematic work and I got just that. Easy process with no hassle at all, one of the best dealers I've ever talked to. Don't doubt this agency, ask for Sahit and he'll provide you with exactly what you need!PositiveValue

GoogleI received random emails about properties. I had the feeling of a huge lack of kindness and customer service. Even after asking to delete my data I still received advertising emails and also was asked to delete my 1 star rating on google ?! - no customer service - no GDPR in place Unfortunately a bad experience for me.

GoogleMy experience with this estate agency has been very pleasant especially with our agent Farzana. From the first phone call to our viewings in London, she was honest, informative and simply very helpful. Even though some places didn't go the way we wanted, the handling and advice we got was very professional.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe team is always there to help us. Since we moved in our new flat we've always been given an excellent service, especially by Farzana and Max. Moving in a new place means having lots of stressing stuff to deal with, but the guys always provided us what we needed in a quick and very efficient way. Thank you!

GoogleSuper helpful people. Filipe definitely went out of his way to help us find a place. We weren't in London at the time, and still, with his help we were able to find a place within 24 hours! Everyone we spoke to was very pleasant and professional and I would recommend them if you ever need to find a place.

GoogleI have really appreciated the way the Residential Realtor's team treated me and my housemates. They focused on our requests and helped us in a proper and professional way. I do really suggest everyone who is looking for a house to contact them. The website is well done and the staff always available for any query. Strongly suggested.

Google1st time renting with these guys. I have to say if it wasn't for farzana making this journey easy for me I wouldn't have known what to do. Not only was she honest to me but she also guided me and my housemates throughout the process efficiently. I'd definitely recommend residential reactors to everyone.

I rented a property in Victoria through this agent. They provided a lot of listing options for me and I was able to get something close to what I wanted. However, there were a number of issues with the unit I took up and we are working on those at the moment.

GoogleI had one of my flats on with RR (Kosh and Jay) as well as 2 of the other large (well known) estate agents. Kosh/Jay found a tenant quicker and their service/communication was a lot better (and their fees are lower). Will definately use them again next time I put a property with an agent.

GoogleHouse hunting is always a stressful process, but Francesco’s managed to turn the whole process into an easy and pleasant journey. Always willing to help, answering my emails and my phone calls in a professional and friendly way, guiding me through the process and helping me with every steps.
